The bed is really good. The room was big and clean. Housekeeping passed every day to take the rubbish out and make the bed( didn't change bedclothes or towels - for us, this is not a problem). We felt safe.

What I will write here is not that I didn't like it, these are only our impressions and maybe this is good for the hotel administration knows, to improve their business. The employees at the reception do not wear a uniform, every day is someone different( we had the impression that is a familiar business) and they look insecure when you ask about a service. They need to ask the “manager” that looks like works from 10:30 am forward. Maybe is good that they receive more training to be more secure about which services the hotel offers. Also, if possible, maybe people who are working can use a t-shirt or a badge to identify themselves as an employee. This is good for the company image and transfers more trust.

Clean but unfriendly staff. Well as clean as can be, I didn't sit on the chair it looked dirty it was a dark color but still didn't trust it. Desk person could use some training in customer service, cleaning ladies look miserable and don't know how to smile.. But I don't know thier life so really can't judge.. Still at least put on a fake smile. Location was close to my venue so that was great. I would stay here again.. Needs more towels n soaps..

The fact that the front door was closed because the maids were eating lunch.. Seems like the maids run the place.

Loved the sleek modern look. The staff was outstanding. The manager was over helpful when we checked in. The original room we were given smelled of smoke. Which the entire hotel is a smoke free facility. He opened several rooms available and allowed us to choose. He was very frustrated due to the visitors whom cannot follow rules and refrain from smoking. He was very accommodating toward our needs. Great manager / Owner. Also the rooms seemed much larger than expected.

It appeared to be clean but I am thinking the tile floor should have a little cleaner. My feet got dirty quickly.

Our neighbors in the room on the left, Saturday night, were extremely loud banging furniture and slamming doors. Didn’t sleep good at all Saturday night but that isn’t the hotels fault and we didn’t want to complain because you never know what could happen.

The location was great. I went for a concert at it was right by the venue. It was only a 15 minute drive so it’s perfect for people who wanna spend time downtown but don’t wanna be in a crowded area

The only thing I noticed was that the floors weren’t swept before we went into our room so we couldn’t walk around barefoot and had to wear socks. Other than that, it was a great stay.

I was extremely surprised everything was clean and everything in very good condition the rooms are newly renovated everything looks very nice, good furniture very nice decor bathroom is great. Very comfortable beds 1a. the outdoor facilities and everything around was very well maintained

The staff was super friendly. The bed was great. Everything was super clean. The parking is comfy

The breakfast was really bad. Only one coffee machine and one juice machine. Te quality of the coffee and the juice was really bad.

Rooms are very big, with plenty of space. Bathroom was very clean, and it had some convenient samples. Air conditioner worked perfectly, there was a mini bar (empty but good to stock your own snacks) and the curtains provided the darkness needed to sleep very well. The beds were very comfortable and good sheets as well.

The girls at the receptions were not friendly at all. Given that things are almost normal after covid, they still will not allow you inside the reception area. They almost didn't let us leave our 2 carry on bags for a few hours in the reception. Be aware, the hotel is located 15 - 20 minute away of Downtown, and there is no public transportation. The area is not the best, surrounded by factories and even a concrete plant close by

The staff here is very friendly and kind. We had a minor altercation one night and the young man was very accommodating and understanding to the situation. I was so embarrassed but thankful that he took the time to at least hear me out and try to fix the issue before he just called the cops or threw us out. Highly recommend
