From the time we arrived and checked in until the time we checked out the establishment, and its workers were absolutely wonderful. Breakfast was always hot and if something was out of stock, they refilled it quickly. In all honesty, even my children, they were truly happy with the establishment. When you step through those doors, the outside does not matter anymore. It’s as if you are stepping into your own private oasis. Whenever we have conventions in the future, this will be our stop. If you have any questions or any concerns, take it up with the staff immediately they will help you.

There is absolutely nothing that I have any reason to complain about. I wish I would have taken pictures, but I was too much enjoying myself and the relaxation vibe that you get here.

Apart from the receptionist on check in the room, breakfast and location suited us just fine. The beds were delightful and the room spotless. Breakfast has hot options which is always welcome. This was our twelfth hotel on our continuing tour of America and gave us a great nights sleep.

When we checked in we specifically asked for a room on the top floor but this was rudely denied. First experience of this on our tour. We always thought the customer came first and simple requests like this would be accepted without question - unless, of course, that floor was already full. Not judging by a near empty car park.

parking was great and breakfast was good. the hotel was clean and quiet.

the elevator wasn't working on my first night. also I called to let them know I'll arrive late was told it will be ok. but the doors were locked during my first night. the 2nd day my room key did not worked. after that the rest of my stay was good the lady who was back from her vacation was super sweet and nice.

They have good breakfast not many to choose but we all found something good to eat. The place is pretty quiet ecxcept the highway but for me it's not an issue. They also have a private restricted parking with enough light on it.

The coffee machine didn't work properly in the lobby but they have coffee makers in the room and they provide a few pods fot it.

It was very comfortable,the pool was clean and the breakfast was good and fresh and remained stocked throughout the whole breakfast.

I didn't check in until after 8pm. I think the pool hours could have been extended a little past 10pm. And the one and only elevator they had was very scary and shaky. It was like that in May when I visited for my niece's graduation.

I travelled from Australia and stayed with my kid for a week. Overall it is good place to stay. Staff are friendly, breakfast reasonably good, room is clean.

If you have a vehicle then it is good location. However if you rely on uber or lyft then you need to budget for transport. Public transport from this place is pathetic.

one of the best room layouts I've ever been in, the room is not large, but still managed to have a bed, sofa bed, a work table, fridge, microwave and coffeemaker. the lobby has food that can be microwaved if needed. the bed was comfortable. the breakfast in the morning had just about anything you could ask for.

the location is a next to the freeway with not much around to see on foot.

Free breakfast and coffee available all day. Loved the free parking and the gated parking lot. The proximity to downtown Houston was a huge plus. Easy freeway access was excellent.

Lots of homeless and potential drug addicts scattered around at closed businesses and pedestrian overpass to the west of the hotel.

The property was very clean! The staff was so friendly and helpful! The breakfast was so good! Love Love This Property

The only thing I didn’t like was the noise the elevator made going up and down! It sounded like it was gonna break into pieces! It was kind of scary!

Great stay. Room was clean and spacious. Bathroom as well. Located 20 mins from downtown and near a lot of food places and gas stations. Loved that it had a fitness center to workout. Parking was readily available each day!

Great stay. I liked everything about the hotel. Didn't have an issue with anything during my time there. Elevator was a little jinky but worked. Would definitely stay again.
