Everything, we stayed here after our Airbnb almost got broken into with us inside of it so my husband and I felt super unsafe and very uneasy. We walked in and automatically felt comfortable and our anxiety went down by a lot. The staff were super understanding and very nice! The room was absolutely beautiful!

They don’t offer breakfast but you can look past that due to the very nice staff and beautiful rooms!

Very clean, room was spacious, included full kitchen + kitchen appliances and full sized refrigerator. Spacious bathroom with a walk-in shower. Spacious closet. Bed and pillows were so soft and comfortable. We will be staying here again if in the area!

Could use better cable. There were no interesting channels on the TV

The hotel was very clean. The fitness center offered quite a bit of machines and weights. The free laundromat area was a great offer to the hotel stay. The back patio was very enjoyable with gas grills for guest to use.

Would like to see a continental breakfast area for the guest although the complimentary coffee bar was nice. A little store in the lobby had great options.

I really really enjoy the staff. I'm not familiar with Houston. But the young lady Marie helped us out and told us where to go different places like Walmart and other places we appreciate Marie.

I left my blanket on the bed,😔I didn't think about it but I left it on the bed we already had checked out.

Quiet and the beds were comfy! During checkout the young lady who i remembered from my last visit in 2021 accommodated me for the misunderstanding with my pet. She was really nice and professional.

New staff needs better training on company policies, Including the pet policy.

The facility was very clean, well staffed, and comfortable. Staff was friendly and efficient. If this word gets out next time it may be booked up when I want to stay there! This is now my go to lodging when staying in that area. Thank you

I have stayed in this hotel every time I come Houston. I love the area and the staff is so nice.

This trip I didnt like the smell of the room and the upkeep of the bathroom there was mold around the shower.There wasn't enough towels in the bathroom. The room did not smell clean and fresh.

The staffing and accomodations were very nice. Even when I had a problem with my room key, they were happy to help and made me feel so much as ease. I will definitely be returning to this establishment upon my return to Houston.

This Candlewood Suites was a last minute reservation stop during a road trip through Texas, and it turned out to be a perfect choice! We loved how spacious the room was as well as the kitchenette and bar area. It offered relaxation to 4 weary travelers, and provided space to eat our take out dinners. The beds were very comfortable, and the breakfast was good.
