Location, easy access to interstate, and good breakfast buffet.

The carpet seemed old in hallway and room. The TV was having issues of a lost signal; however, everything was resolved and a new cable box upgrade system was put in. problem solved and had a very restful and relaxing time.

The suite we stayed is spacious and clean. Bed comfortable. Bathroom is bigger than your normal hotel ones, and it also has a good size no-stove "kitchen" area, and these makes it very family friendly. Staff is friendly and helpful. Also at a good location. The lobby has a business center. Overall it meets or exceed my expectation and worth the cost.

An electric kettle in the "kitchen" for boiling water would be a great addition. Several glassses rather than all plastic/paper cups in the room would be a good-to-have. Living room has no ceiling light. No vent in the bathroom. The swimming pool is kind of small.

Location was exactly what I was looking for-close to my event and right off the expressway. Room was spacious including the bathroom. They have a restaurant on site which is convenient, although I was unable to give it a try. The check out lady was friendly and quick.

The night front desk attendant asked for information that had previously been entered in my reservation. For example what type of room & bed size among other multiple questions. (After driving for several hours, I was tired and ready to sleep. )Seems like this particular agent made the check in process a lot longer that it needed to be. There were some stains on the lounge chair but not too bad. Mini fridge made loud sounds at night. I could also hear conversations from the room next door-thin walls?

I love the location, bar, and swimming pool. The staff is very nice and accommodating. There is a bar down stairs that is really nice and updated. There are good fast food restaurants near by. Free parking with a guard on duty at night. I stayed alone and felt safe. Also they listened to my request to put me on the 6th floor so that I could sleep without people walking on top of me.

The a/c did not work as well as it should in 92 degree weather. My door lock messed up twice maintenance came to fix it and when I came back in the evening it had stopped working again. The pool is beautiful but could be drained and repainted. My room smelled like the last tenants had a dog or cat and had a strong animal odor.

Loved the location, close to The galleria layout was excellent .

the room was clean the hallway had some paper on the floors. A grape jelly blob was on the floor in front of my room. But I alerted the front counter and they took care of it. The bathroom could use a vent. Elevator took forever.

I love the friendly people, answered all my questions. Room was clean and fresh. Plenty of towels and toilet paper. I like the restaurant and a bar.

What I didn't like was no microwave in the room, water was not HOT. Took a long time to get luke warm. The sheets had worn threads showing and very thin. Overall, I liked the room. There was a community microwave next to the ice bend. I didn't like heating my food then walking down a hallway with it to struggle opening door with food in hand.

The location and price of the hotel is excellent! My conference was just around the corner on Post Oak Lane. I also enjoyed some wine and an appetizer at the bar one evening. Both were great. Your bar staff was very friendly and I felt comfortable by myself.

It was tough to find a good route to get onto I-10 going west from the hotel location. There's not much anyone can do about this except give directions for best / easiest options.

the front desk staff I believe the Hispanic guy, Alfonso I believe it’s his name from that mistake, and he’s mostly there in the afternoon very accommodating very nice guy even had an incident that some people was disrespecting him and his fellow coworkers he was very polite, very professional, and very attentive towards the problem on today fix the solution I was person, so I was witness that he was very professional, and very attentive to they need.

I liked how the staff was very open to helping me get acquainted. The hotel, room and bathroom is beautiful and spacious. The activities the hotel offered are likable and how close the hotel is to other activities is attractive.

I didn't like the smell of the first room I received (but the staff was super helpful (they helped me switch rooms)and nice). It was scary how deep the pool was, and it closed at 11. The hallways have a weird vibe to them in certain areas.

Check in was quick and made my request for 2 beds. Room was so clean and bathroom with great extras. Had dinner at restaurant with great service and food was good. Bartender was so personable. Breakfast was best hotel breakfast we ever had. Loved the omlets.
