- The staff was super nice. They provided us with complimentary water, gave us some extra coffee for the room. - There was a coffee pot and hot water in the lobby 24/7. - Breakfast was good, good selection, and hot options were different every day. They even had some vegan options. We were getting up late, so sometimes they ran out of good food options. - The room was clean. - The hotel is close to a highway but you don't hear it. It was close to everything we needed.

- Our room was very humid and even smelled moldy. - The hot tub seemed to be dirty. - When we checked in, we were told that the rooms were cleaned every two days. We stayed for four nights, and our room was never cleaned.

I love the staff they were exceptional ❣️, the breakfast, the pool, the room size the fact that they have all white bedding and lobby❣️🥰

I didn't like the way the tubs looked much or the carpet stains, walls still had handprints of red food, the bedding could be cleaned better too. I stayed here 2 yrs ago and everything exceeded my expectations now I was a little displeased

the male desk person was really nice the female person not too good to be honest, I was on vacation so we really wanted to use the pool but isn’t that good the pool area looks a little old and not to fun to be there but is ok, the big problem was that the tv is not a smart tv so you can’t watch YouTube or Netflix for the kids and for some reason the wifi don’t work on video games devices

It was easily accessible to 610 & our event. The front desk agent was welcoming, friendly & accommodating. (Mason) Our room was spacious, clean & comfortable. I do suggest that housekeeping leave extra bath towels & hand towels.

Spacious Bedrooms and good breakfast. Room service was great and polite as well as the reception.

The TV was horrible. The TV are outdated and would allow me to connect my Gaming systems on both tvs. The tvs also showed a horrible picture.

The rooms were nice and clean and the beds were super comfortable

I wish they had a better breakfast selection and vending machines like drink and snack machines

Breakfast was OK but I've had better Continental Breakfasts at similar hotels... a maybe add biscuits and one more toaster.

Everyone was Welcoming and very Helpful Had a check in mix up but the Staff solved the issue and I was able to check into my room.

Had to take the first room available which ended up being Handy Cap assess but we survived.

This is one of the few hotels that has a pool indoors as well as a hot tub. The queen suites really do have more room so if you have big kids it’s a great choice. There’s plenty of space so if you bring a lot of things or you plan on staying a few days there’s more than enough room. The front desk attendees are always super kind this is our second or third time to stay here and I pick it every time because of the pool and the location!

Unfortunately the breakfast isn’t what it used to be, understandably so. It’s Insta be Nutri-Grain bars coffee juice and small boxes of cereal. We didn’t see any milk. I’m sure that spread works for the kids but it’s not very filling so will still have to get breakfast anyway. The pillows are like down pillows but aren’t filled a whole lot so if you like a good soft pillow it’s great but bring your own if you’re a medium to firm sleeper.
