Beautiful hotel, nice location. Very neat, breakfast was a good variety

Breakfast was too early. Never been to a hotel where breakfast ended at 9am on weekdays. For someone on vacation, 9am is possibly when you are just waking up. You had to ask for your room to be cleaned, I found that strange as there was a "Do Not Disturb" tag at the door which I thought was for the purpose where you didn't want housekeeping to disturb you during their general routine cleaning but apparently you order for cleaning so maybe no need for the DND tag

My family and I have always enjoyed staying at Embassy Suites hotels and this one didn't disappoint us. We loved everything. The room is super clean & spacious with a separate sitting area + sofa bed and a large bathroom. Comfy beds and pillows. Enough bathroom towels for everyone in the room. Tons of power outlets and usb charging ports. 2 TVs. The premium upgrade that came with drinks + snacks in the room and the late check out. The warm water in the swimming pool. The kind and nice staff. The made-to-order breakfast was the best part. So cool to have a chef that makes an omelette for you the way you want it. We had to order dinner from the hotel restaurant (since everything seemed to be closed on 12/25) and we were surprised that everything tasted very good. Overall, this hotel exceeded every single expectation we had. I feel we received great value for the price we paid. We'll definitely stay here again!

Nothing I can think of. A hot tub by the swimming pool would have been nice but we didn't miss it since the swimming pool water was warm. Can't imagine anything that a guest would dislike at this hotel. The hotel has done everything possible for their guests to have a pleasant and relaxing experience.

Has everything you need there. All the complementary things this hotel offers was great. The breakfast has a huge selection, and the set up made it so easy to navigate. Staff was wonderful, room service was as well. Menu items were all good! . Definetly would recommend to others and will be staying agian if in houston

Only thing my family was a little disappointed by was the pool. It looked alot bigger in the photos

The room size and layout was excellent! The breakfast options in the morning was also a delight. Overall it was a pleasant stay and I’d recommend this hotel to others.

I requested service for my room two days in a row and didn’t receive it. It dampened the otherwise excellent experience

I had a fantastic breakfast every morning. The chef was exceptional - his recall memory is truly amazing. How he can take the orders of about ten people, store them in his head, and cook them to perfection is pleasantly surprising. This was daily also.

Cook that make the breakfast is very nice ,need star for his excellent service , and sever I my birthday was on Friday and sing happy birthday to me i appreciate it , I was very grateful and surprised.

The hotel looked quite new, with a very nice lobby. Happy Hour with free drinks and snacks was quite popular with the hotel members and created a nice atmosphere.

One could hear the traffic noise at night even on floor 15, but they could offer ear plugs at the reception. The pool area could be cleaner, the water too hot, feel like taking a bath which is weird.

The Breakfast is awesome especially the omelets, I like the happy hour also, complimentary drinks on the house is one of a kind, sometimes u need a drink to unwind and relax but just don’t have enough money

Friday nite social hour had good food but Sat's food was not good. Friday they had cheesed, crackers, chicken salad. Sat included chips some hot sauce and chicharones!

The room layout was great. Very modern and clean.

There was too long a line for the made to order omelet breakfast. Only one cook scheduled for a Saturday morning. Disappointing since I booked the Embassy Suites primarily for the breakfast.
