I enjoyed that the Property Was Very Cleaned. The front desk attendants was Awesome and Helped Me with Every small thing I needed help with ! They were very professional, well groomed, kind and Just Awesome! The rooms were very decent and clean ! Despite I just double clean my room on top what they’ve done but everything was just what I needed in a stay. I felt as if I was at home !! The beds were very very comfortable. They did server breakfast each morning so that’s a plus. Once again the staff was Magnificent. Thanks !

The room I was in didn’t have an microwave;however, the front area does. Don’t let this discourage you in your stay because, you do have an option to go to the front to warm up your food !

We were allowed to check in early staff was great. The pool was nice it was indoors which was nice. Continental breakfast was very nice and in the evening they had complimentary fresh baked cookies. Those things really made this hotel stand out in excellence.

There was no ice available on the other floors so that was a bit of an inconvenience.

Very less items in breakfast. Every day something is short. Staff has no answers about replenishment. Since there is no other eating place near, this was a major challenge

Person at front desk when we checked in was exceptionally courteous. Room was clean and comfortable.

Breakfast was disappointing. Not much available and eggs were cold.

I saw a bug in my room. Not completely unusual for Texas but I didn’t like it.

Breakfast wasn’t really good but my overall stay was excellent.

The breakfast was better when I stayed here a few years ago but the breakfast Sunday morning was horrible.

I chose this property for its close proximity to MD Anderson Diagnostic Imagining and my brothers house. Circumstances causes me to arrive early, and I was allowed to check in an hour early. The room was clean, the bed comfortable, big fluffy towels! But the greatest aspect of my stay: your desk clerk, April! She answered questions and was not only respectful, but genuinely seemed to want to help! She had a smile that was 1000 watts and just a pleasure to interact with!

Due to Covid, the indoor pool was closed.

It was clean, smelled nice, the staff bent over backwards to make sure we were comfortable, it was in wonderful condition and had all the amenities.

The pool was broken, and bed was to firm.

The lady that checked us in was awesome. She was very friendly and helpful!!! We had a small inconvenience and she moved us immediately and was very nice about it. We were in town for an appointment at MD Anderson Cancer Center. Great location and very convenient.

The first morning breakfast was an apple and a cinnamon bun in a bag and there was only 3 bags on the counter. Obviously because of the pandemic it was expected to be limited, but we had a party of 7 people. Second morning they had crossiants but we're warm to the touch, according to the package they should be frozen. They also had a few cereal bowls and yogurt.

Staff was very friendly and accommodating, especially Freddy, he was AMAZING
