The hotel is in an excellent location for the galleria. The lifts to rooms are quick. The rooms are large enough and the beds are good. It’s additional services are limited but that’s not a priority for me.

Breakfast has changed. Reliable breakfast can be supplemented expensively by a la carte options. Disappointing. The shower was weak and changing from shower to bath fill resulted in the tap working loose from the wall.

Most of the staff was friendly and accommodating. The hotel was very clean and the location is great.

on the third shift there is an older woman who works the front desk. She was very rude and not at all accommodating. I came in late and attempted to get 2 bags of chips and she refused to let me bill to my room. not sure why because there was a card and deposit if file. my room was freezing she refused to send someone to look at the thermostat but instead told me to switch rooms at 3am. i would have preferred to see if it was an easy fix first versus telling me to gather my things at 3am. She then calls my room back to back at 6 in the morning to give me a free night due to her lack of service. As a long term Hilton customer and HGV owner I was very disappointed in her service. Thanks to the rest of the team for your hospitality.

the beds were comfortable and the places like the zoo, aquarium, and the galleria was close by. The rooms were clean. There was a security on the garage from what I saw Saturday night.

That I had to pay 20 bucks for parking every night which was weird since we are paying for the room. There is a smell when you walk into the hotel. which can make a pregnant woman throw up 🫣. They charge me 305 but the bill I got said 298. it doesn’t make sense. Two charge ports in the room did not work by the lamps. They also charge 13 bucks for breakfast. The thing I did I went to heb and got a small milk and cereal.

The location was good. The hotel was clean and well taken care of. Guest were relatively quiet, which is always a bonus.

I didn't love having to pay for parking. I looked ahead and found nothing about paying $20 for parking. It would have made me rethink booking here, considering you also have to pay for breakfast. As far as the value of what I paid, I think the hotel is a tad bit overpriced.

The staff was super nice , the guy was super helpful as well and understanding when we had questions. The breakfast was really good and I loved the fact that it was served to us.

Whether it was lack of reading on my part or lack of information on booking.com I was unaware of all the extra charges. But still a great stay and I would recommend.

breakfast was great. location was very convenient, next to a massive shopping center and easy access to rest of city. the price was quite low (genius discount) when compared to Hiltons we've stayed in other cities.

fiancée and I went to the hot tub, and there was an absolute flood of cockroaches, I am talking 12 - 15 cockroaches in the 5 minutes we were there. I cannot blame the hotel for the existence of cockroaches, but they must know about this issue and could of lined the gated walls of the pool area with many cockroach traps.

The overall experience was really good, location is near by the "waterwall", mall and few restaurants by walking distance. Parking is a little bit tight on the ground floor, but they have other floors to support demand. Breakfast is good overall but my 5 stars goes to the staff who were really friendly and supportive!

No issues at this time, so nothing to highlight.

Almost nothing

This is my go to when in Houston. Isaiah really took care of me for reservations and check-in and accommodated my needs. He is very professional and personable! Jean in the evening shift is the same, these two make it worth staying here, I always look forward to greeting them when I arrive. They are the family away from family!
