The room was clean and very spacious. I liked that it had a full kitchen (i.e. full-sized refrigerator, stove, microwave, sink, and dishwasher). The location was "eh"...about 30 mins from downtown. However, we had to make a run to Target and that (and many more stores) were just 10 mins away without having to take the freeway to get there. We only stayed 1 night, so there were no issues with staff, but only interacted with them to check in and check out. So, I can't really speak on customer service but seemed okay...Nothing stood out as exceptional or bad in those few interactions.

The breakfast was "eh"... not very much of a selection...and had to flag down staff for a few things that were placed out empty or almost gone 15 after the start of breakfast...No bacon (cut up smoked sausage instead) iykyk lol...Other than that, it's the typical options. Location is 30 mins from downtown... but this wasn't a big deal for us.

breakfast could have been better with more options, and with some quality items, sofa chair was stinky very uncomfortable, staff should let know guests that room service request be informed before 9am when they arrive on first day, all this I am writing since it’s Homewood suites and it has its aura which seems missing here.

The breakfast was delicious there was a wide variety and it was served hot. The environment was very inviting and the staff was very friendly. Great family place to vacation to.

My dog said he liked the bed and I agree with him! Coffee ink available 24/7 at reception and that was great because it was very cold! The bathroom is wonderful, the towels are white, of great quality and clean, you feel like you are in a spa!

BREAKFAST IS HORRIBLE! A THOUSAND TIMES THE BREAKFAST at Home2 by Hilton!!! The rooms are not soundproofed, I was woken up by the snoring of the guest in the next room.

The room and pool were amazing! I spent a lot of time swimming and it was great.

This hotel is excellent! The entire suite was exceptionally clean and comfortable. The bed and pillows were very comfortable and everything was in good condition. Our room was very quiet so we were able to sleep well. The location is great, parking lot and entrances well lit so we felt safe day and night. The price was also very reasonable, especially considering the size of the suite. I highly recommend this hotel. We will definitely stay again during our next visit.

Desk personnel were not always available and there is no bell on the desk or other means to reach a person.

Disappointed with the breakfast though, it was extremely limited. We’ve stayed at other hotels during pandemic and had breakfast bags handed to us with a good selection. Here we weren’t even offered bagels, toast or biscuits.

Room was a good size, bed and pillows were comfortable. Good size pool. Loved that the room had a small kitchen with all the essentials needed.

Front desk receptionist didn't great you with a smile. She was short on greeting you. Didn't know the hotel was pet friendly. Was only given 1 room key. Usually always get 2 keys.
