The front desk guy was nice. About 5:00pm I went to Walmart. Was there to buy work shoes. Was gone for about 45 minutes to an hour do to walking. I came back and noticed one of the two bags I had was open. This was around 10 something at night when I realized my bag had been tampered with and opened cause I needed to wash my work clothes. You go down and speak to night person working the front. He’s screaming and hollering cause I simply asked can you review the cameras he admitted he’s reviewing the cameras and to just go to my room and he’s not talking to me. I said can you let me inside so we can both look. Of course to no avail he said no. I who to leave and come back in the morning to speak with a manager. No manager I could speak with and they tell me only the owner can review the cameras. Again I asked that’s not what the clerk said last night. He informed me to go into my room while he looks at cameras. My apartment caught fire. So I explained that to the morning manager. 387.00 of all my clothes only had left. After I was only to save them and my other personal belongings. He said he doesn’t care and yes we’re the only people to have access to your room cause of the special lock key card. I said I only have left what I have on and only my work shirts. He said give me your number and owner will call you after he returns back from vacation and review the tapes. It’s been two weeks and when I keep calling they’re saying wait for a phone call from owner.

To not have my belongings stolen. And to speak with proper management instead of front desk screaming and hollering saying cursing words at me. And for the night time management to lie and say go to your room while I review the cameras and get told the only person who has access to review anything of such is the owner. So two conflicting stories I was told

The location was good, walmart was just on the other side of expressway. Even had a corner store walking distance from hotel.

When i checked into room and was looking around room i saw hair in the shower as if someone had just got out and left their strands of hair on wall. That was all.

If you are ever in the Houston area and you are looking for an exceptional HOTEL ..THE PALACE INN NORTH is the place to stay.. the rooms are so spacious and clean...the STAFF IS SO PROFESSIONAL and THE PRICE can't be beat!!❤️❤️❤️❤️ Thank you Mr Patel for the great experience!!

Absolutely nothing!!

The hotel is really nice & clean. It actually took me by surprise! I left my suitcase beside my car by mistake overnight, but the 1st thing in the morning, I was given a call by the staff. And nothing was missing.!! I loved how the property is secured as well. Will definitely return soon!!

Location, price, and secured parking.

The entrance door didn’t have a security lock in the inside. Anybody could come in while your sleeping or showering. There were no do not disturb tags. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to any single person male or female because of the lack of security once in the room.

The location was great but a little hard to find. It was also nice to have outside access to our room. We really appreciated the gated parking.

I liked that it was gated for safety and the rooms were very nice for the price. Clean and nice TV and nice hot water and everything worked. All of the staff from the front desk to cleaning man were nice and welcoming.

I like that the property is gated and you can only get it if you have a room card.

There was no problem with the property, but there is a lot of homeless/ sketchy people around the area.

it was nice…peaceful yk. the sunrise looked very well…not a bad view I’m not sure if this is any important to anyone…there are some homeless people in that area… me looking younger than my age….they did try to talk to me…I didn’t acknowledge them…not trying to say anyone was up to any bad or anything but just stay safe

Safety precautions and procedures.

Wires were sticking out of edge of mattress and there needs to be an ice machine on the second floor.
