I've been coming to this hotel for years. I'm not a corporate business executive I'm a everyday single parent who was in crisis when covid pandemic hit. These people showed me & my 2 year old the upmost respect like they did everyone in suits & ties. They didn't know but their down to earth but still immaculately professional behavior gave me the motivation to look past the crisis that I was facing. I left to live in California and came back here 2 years after my crisis. Even with different staff the tone of this hotel employees is very touching. Their all great spirited, professional people who don't give anybody a hard time or be rude or show any type of discrimination towards any of their customers. In today's society customer service skills are horrible. So for this hotel to have a full staff down to the housekeepers of well rounded, polite, warm spirited, professional people speaks volumes. The staff that work up & close with the customers are a great reflection of whoever runs this place at the top of leadership board for this location. The rooms, furniture, always new white towels, comfort of beds etc is always spotless. Great place with great energy & vibes. I'm 45 years old & this place is one of the best, well rounded businesses I've dealt with!!!

There's absolutely nothing not like about this Courtyard by Marriott location!!!!

Very very nice hotel!

The online receipt says I was charged $125.35 but $150 was taken out of my bank account and I am not very happy about that. I would like to get that refunded because even when I booked online I was told $125 so I was only expecting $125. I feel robbed.

it was great but all my family didn’t get to get the free breakfast that I booked on two people were allowed for the free breakfast after I show them my phone reservation with two adults and two children I had to pay for half my meals

they charge me the room separately we wanted them to charge me all together. And the pool lots of kids on supervise running around Waiting to get it but never did

I booked this room through booking.Com but the hotel was full and could not take me. Booking.Com charged me anyway.

The staff was extremely accommodating and friendly. The hotel shuttle came to us instead of us having to find the shuttle location. Wouldn’t count on this but it was late and airport was not busy. So nice after a long day of travel with a missed connection.

Nothing. They were excellent.

Staff was amazing! Very helpful. Nice quiet location and extremely comfortable bed. Indoor and outdoor pool is a great touch. They even left a gift basket for me and my wife's anniversary in our room with nice goodies.

From two other hotels we stay at , does not compare to this one. Very nice the employees, super clean the room was. We will be returning to this hotel. Non expensive as well .

Everything was perfect.

I Loved the set up of the entire room. The full body mirror on the bathroom door was perfect. But above all the balcony was exquisite. It really set the mood for a romantic getaway.

The shower drainage was extremely slow.

The young ladies that chk me in were very friendly and professional
