The concept of NYLO was nice

The restaurant selections//drinks. The faucet on the sink needed a new washer. My sink was scratched up quite a bit inside of the sink and on the right side. There was a large brown stain on the bottom of the left curtain/drape in my room. Seems like someone should have noticed these things before selecting the room for a guest. I did not complain, however the next quest might complain. I work on my laptop a lot and there really was not enough lighting in the room. I moved the small desk lamp closer to my laptop to have better lighting., turned both bed lamps on, turned o the entrance light and the bathroom light....just very dark. Suggestion...find a floor lamp that goes with the décor. (which was nice and minimalistic ) :)

I liked the aesthetics of the hotel. I thought the industrial vibe was cute our bathroom was nice as well. I think the choice of concrete everywhere helped with cleanliness so that's a plus.

I didn't like that I made a reservation 2 days in advance on booking.com, and the hotel never got it.I also didn't like that breakfast was said to be included in the price of my room. Yet when my fiance and I sat down and had breakfast, we received a bill. It's fine if we have to pay, we don't mind. We just would appreciate some honesty.

The location and the loft vibe.

After inspecting the sheets , the beds apparently aren’t made with a top sheet that goes between the fitted sheet and duvet.We had to ask for another sheet.We thought was strange.Only complaint , the sliding industrial door to the bathroom is LOUD ( you can hear other’s sliding doors above us) and they DO NOT give full privacy to the restroom .There is a gap in the door .

The hotel was beautiful and very clean.

The sink and lack of counter space made getting ready with 3 other people very awkward. When I booked the hotel, it said we would have free breakfast included. We went to have breakfast the first morning and they charged us but when I went to talk with someone up front, it was taken off my bill. We did not have breakfast the next morning.

The room was very clean and comfortable and the hotel was in a great location.

There was very loud music playing from either the courtyard area or a nearby neighbor at 6 AM that hadn't been turned off. I was not able to sleep in as late as intended.

First the all the hotel is very unique I love the design, this is one of the reasons I choose the hotel. The first room we went in was ok. There was some dirt at the bottom of the toilet and it was running more than normal. The second night the air condition didn’t come on we were hot so the night clerk offer to move us to another room. The next room we received was clean and nice but the water was leaking on the floor when we took a shower. At check out I was given credit for the night we had to move which was good and they were very apologetic so that’s fine. The first night we tried the restaurant in the hotel we didn’t enjoy the burgers we had. Overall the stay was awesome I would stay again and I like the area.

I think the hallway carpet can be cleaned just something I noticed. Overall the stay was good.

Love the pool/outdoor area. Plenty of games, towels, & seating. Front desk very nice on checking in. Tuna nachos & candied Brussel sprouts in restaurant are AMAZING!!!

Desk needs a vanity mirror. It’s difficult to have only one bathroom mirror when multiple people are getting ready or needs to use toilet/shower.

Property was nice and customer service was superb. I don’t remember the guys name who checked me in but he was very hospitable. enjoyed the hotel, it felt like a vacation and I loved meeting other people who came for a staycation.

everything was great! What’s not to like

The building is made of concrete! No creaking or floppy floors anywhere. Room door have soft-close, no slamming doors. Amazing acoustic, we couldn’t listen a thing from other rooms or corridor. Breakfast was amazing! So many options of fruits and hot meals. Pool area and all the common areas are awesome. Hotel was super clean. Staff friendly. We went with our dog and we had no problem during our stay. We were driving for a long time and we could have a good night rest to continue our travel.

Everything was awesome, but we missed a mini fridge on the room.

Location and room layout was nice.

The bathroom mirror was to close to the sink. It was hard to brush my teeth and wash my face, without getting water all over the mirror. I was also charged a smoking fee even though we didn’t smoke in our rooms.
