I loved everything about the property! The location was perfect! Loved how we got to see the llano river all around us, loved that we were on the side of a hill, loved that the highway was in the distance. We were able to enjoy the country but still remember we were apart of civilization. Absolutely enjoyed our stay!

Hmmm if I had to be picky, I’d say the drive way/parking lot. Driving in was tricky, only due to the fact that it’s on a turn and top of a hill. Also during pool time it was getting close to dark, the hotels lights turned on a nice red light, but it continued to turn off then on all night. Last thing was that our room had no ventilation other than the door being opened.

Clean, comfortable, good value, friendly helpful staff

Our room was not getting warm. We realized that in the first few minutes of check in. Front desk gave us another room which was fine. No fault of hotel, but Google map gives you confusing directions. Call hotel they will helpful

Staff were very nice the hotel wasn't too far from town and it was up the street from Kimble County Park.

Pool was closed but it wasn't too big a deal.

Great location ,right off the interstate but still close to resturants and the river. Beautiful view of the river.

Door had huge gap in it like it been kicked in before. Can not park near your room. Elevator is extremely slow

Breakfast was typical continental. At least they had it, many still don't due to Covid.

A/C could have been a little colder, it was above 100 during my stay and it barely kept the room comfortable until I put a pair of shoes on the window sill to keep the curtains from interfering with the fan. Bad design.

Management was very professional, friendly. Exceeded my expectations. Location was near a river park which was a nice surprise. The hotel is built on a hill with amazing views.

Room was clean. Bed was comfortable. Water was hot and pressure was good. Pool and playground for the kids. Good all around place to stay. Room ac worked and was cold. Slept well. Two thumbs up. Thought I saw the owner inspecting the house keeping process.

I stay here frequently, it’s not a luxurious place; but clean, friendly, comfortable. Staff are awesome; I like a particular room; they always have been able to accommodate.

Parking is sucky when they are at capacity; most folks with trailers park along road above parking area; but when. Someone doesn’t, it makes things unpleasant for all.

Breakfast area was unattended. Waffle mix was liquidity. Ran out of milk and coffee. We were at Breakast 7-730. Rang bell with no response. Perhaps the bell does not work?
