The breakfast was delicious! The hotel I centered around everything I needed. Restaurants, the typhoon Texas water park, the Katy mills mall, and urban air! The family and I enjoyed ourselves thoroughly. My doggy even enjoyed herself!

Only thing I didn’t like was that I had to pay for early check in. Oh and the sofa needs a deep cleaning. That’s it! Everything else was amazing and we will definitely be back when in the Katy area again.

While the staff was friendly, they did no more than smile a lot. They cooler was empty to PURCAHSE water all three days we were there. I asked each morning and evening, got a real nice response, We are out. Asked for room service each day we were there, NOTHING. I did get fresh towels each day, asked the desk attendant and he was quick to get them. Is there a manager that’s paying attention? Hilton built a nice building and set it all up, local management is dropping the ball.

I like the location. it was very convenient for what we needed.

The check in clerk was not friendly. The hallways were extremely HOT and MUGGY!! this hotel is in Texas.. why wouldn’t you want your hotel comfortable for your guest when coming in from HOT and MUGGY!! also, room was right outside the laundry room. we could hear the machines all night long.

I love the floor plan of the room , it make me feel like home and the location was convenient, around restaurants and the mall, I decided to stay at this hotel every time I visit

My booking quote was different from what I paid in person

When I came in the front desk receptionist was very helpful and nice. The room was very clean and even though they were full the night before she still made sure to get my room inspected by a manager.

I had a room of 5 and some staff would only give me 2 towels even after I explained theirs 5 of us to a room. One person at the front desk said "I just gave towels to the room yesturday". I ended up going to walmart to buy towels and just washed them..

We did not eat breakfast at the location. However, it looked like it was a good value with a number of selections.

Everything was to our satisfaction.

Everything was great - size of the room, everything that was provided, the hot breakfast, indoor pool, the big inviting dining are for our group to hang out and watch the football game, location. Very happy with the stay
