Clean and Comfortable. Great location, convenient to Mall, Stores and Airport.

The Breakfast is a joke. Very few items, Waffles, Apples, Juice and Coffee. No bread products or muffins. No eggs. No Hot food except waffles. They shouldn’t advertise that breakfast is included when there is next to Nothing there. They only Clean the room every 3 days.

the man in the office is very rude said I couldn’t smoke outside my non smoking room but had butt buckets all throughout the property then once I checked out the next morning I asked a question an he gave me attitude he’s in the wrong business if you ask me but over all the hotel is perfect housekeeper very sweet they just have that grumpy mean old man in the office

The room was remarkably clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The hotel is only about 10 minutes away from the international airport, and has lots of parking. A continental breakfast was ready exactly at 0600 am. It was a great value for our money!

Exceptional friendly service from employee at check in window. Messaged the hotel at time of reserving the room that we were celebrating our 1st wedding anniversary and he wished us a happy anniversary, which was really sweet. Room was basically brand new and really large. Marble in the bathroom countertops and shower walls. New tile on bathroom floor,, new laminate on bedroom floor. Everything was so clean.

Bathroom was really hot and stuffy, as if the automatic fan was pulling in the hit Texan summer heat into the bathroom. It was hard to breathe without the door open. Refrigerator didn't get cold, kept drinks only slightly cool overnight. Pillows were a little too firm.

We had a very nice stay here. It was clean, the staff was friendly, and the beds were comfortable. Would definitely stay here again!

My one issue was that we are not smokers. We got a non-smoking room, but we had to walk through people who were outside of their rooms smoking to get to our room. There are, however, two stairways, and once we realized, we used the other stairway to gain access to our room.

it was located exactly where we needed as to the location of our events. the breakfast was delicious and the lady cooking and serving was delightful. Terry was on the front desk when we checked In and checked out. She was so pleasant and helpful. she’s the perfect fit for the front desk. if you could clone her, you would have a 24 hour perfect worker that really cares about her job. Thank you, Terry.

Wow!  Amazing deal.  This is the best lodging value in the area!  The room and property is fresh, clean, and well maintained.  There is a fine contenintal breakfast that has many of the mainstays including fresh, self serve, waffles.

location was great; easy to find late at night if you are in town for the fire time. the rooms have high ceilings which is nice & is very tidy & modern, if that’s your cup of tea. a/c works great & shower bathtub was nice too. the couch & desk were nice to get some work done & relax a bit.

didn’t like the location of the room being upstairs & the location of the stairs being far. it’s a petty & stupid issue being more personal than a qualm with the hotel.

Appeared to be a somewhat new facility. Staff was nice. Requested downstairs due to a recent fall and they were able to accommodate. I like that they were strict with visitors; this way no over crowding on parking or possible loud noise issues. It was quiet.

Bathroom had slight musty/mildew smell. Bed was like a spring framed so I was afraid to move due to it making loud sounds and afraid it would collapse or something. Every slight movement - it made loud noises.

The room was very clean. The bathroom was a nice size. The bed was comfortable. The parking lot was fenced and not visible from the street.The room décor was modern. The staff was very friendly.

The lighting in the room is very harsh. A lamp, as an option to the bright recessed lighting, would go a long way.
