very secluded but around everything ... off to the side by itself set the hotel but you drive down a drive way and everything is right there ... the restaurants and stores and coffee shops are truly within walking distance of the hotel

I expect a staff member of a hotel greet their customers one morning me and my husband went for coffee came back and we told the guy good morning and he never acknowledged us at all another time we spoke the a lady and she never responded the only person that was friendly was the housekeeping lady that took care of our room the two days we were there. other than the staff not being friendly the place was clean and the bed was soft and that is wonderful in my opinion.

This location was very clean with wonderful service and comfortable rooms.

Of course the price could always be lower but good for what we paid. Also the breakfast could have been more than just cereal and breakfast bars. Although the coffee was very good.

nicer staff. they acted like you were bothering them. they only provided one towel in the room. i had to ask for another one and was told that i had to turn in the one that i used first. so what do you do if you have more than one person staying with you?

Great location and seemed well lit and clean. Seemingly nice open entry which appeared to be a nice friendly design.

Someone actually take control of the situation when there's a screaming child outside of their room and either get them in another room, or quiet them. Instead it continued from 1am to 3:30am at periodic intervals. I was in a room just above the entry and it might as well have been downstairs as the entry only serves as a giant amplification for sound.

Staff was great, and the property itself felt very secure with cameras and lighting. The place was kept incredibly clean, which the housekeeping staff should be recognized for. Fresh towels were always available. Mini fridge and microwave available, and a grocery store really close by, which helped keep meal costs down. I never felt like I was at risk of contamination in this hotel. Very well maintained, and would definitely stay here again.

Noise levels were hard to deal with sometimes, when you have a neighbor that listens to their tv really loud at 3 in the morning. Earplugs help, and should be available to guests, if the walls are going to be thin. Property should update their breakfast policy during COVID.

The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean, comfortable and very nice. The location was nice. Lots of restaurants near by. No one was loitering in or around the entrance or hallways.

The hotel has been recently refurbished so it was in a good condition, it was close to the airport and it was near bars and restaurants

There were some stains on the bedding and the bed skirt

Easy to find. Comfortable beds. Clean rooms. Don't know why they only received 1 star, everything was great.

Hot breakfast would be nice, but no big deal.

Clean room, nice size refrigerator, it had a microwave, and the tv was really nice.

I didn't like the variety of breakfast. It wasn't enough selections.

The hotel is clean, comfortable, and situated close to IAH airport.

Breakfast was very limited. No jam, toast, nor apples available. Orange juice with water.
