Cleanliness and comfort of the bed and pillows. TV was easy to navigate (seem to struggle with that over the past couple of years in hotels for some reason). Internet was solid. We got a room with a jacuzzi and it was perfect after a full day of traveling in a car....and the price was very reasonable. Towels were fluffy This is our second stay at this hotel in the past 2 years and it was great both times.

nothing. If I HAVE to address something, it would be that the jacuzzi didn't have a hand rail to assist with standing up safely and use to get out without slipping. Oh, and the A/C didn't seem to work really well, until we moved it down to 65 degrees. Higher than that seemed to shut off before the room reached the desired temperature. There was 90percent humidity and the day's temperatures reached the high 90s, so it might have been because of that. We kept it on "high" fan and set at 65 degrees for the entire night and it was very comfortable, so no need to call the desk about it.

It was like a new facility! Exceptionally clean, comfortable bed, microwave, large refrigerator, hairdryer w nite light, lots of plugs and a couch. Loved the special-clean remote for the t.v. we were there for only one night in a King suite!

For late sleepers, breakfast cud have been served til 10am.

Nice facility, appreciated the laundry room, staff was exceptionally friendly. Most importantly, an excellent shower. I would definitely stay again and recommend to others.

Water in the room had a slightly off taste to it. That's subjective and I am used to aquafier water in Nebraska.

It was a clean and neat hotel. Loved the small town. Beautiful friendly people. Love Smitty's barbecue awesome. The nicest people who work there. A wonderful American city.

We had a great staycation after a plumbing issue had us leave the house for a bit. Thomas at the front desk was exceedingly helpful in getting us a room (at 5pm on a Saturday), being flexible with us on our dates, and ensuring our stay was great. Breakfast was good as well!

I felt comfortable and safe.

Breakfast eggs were very cold, like they came right out of refrigerator. Really bad. One day, almost all food was gone! Mails sis no clean room on Thursday,

The location is convenient. The staff is friendly and my children appreciate the free breakfast! The room is a decent size. It's been quiet every time we've stayed!

The price is a bit high. But, there aren't many options from which to choose in the area.

When I used the spa the second night there was hair in in the water don't know if it was from being cleaned earlier that morning or what but it grossed me out and I really need it cause of my health condition right now.. the first night was unbelievable I loved the spa was my first time 😍😍

Didn't have the bubble spa stuff to add and I brought bubble bath but it couldn't be used in it .

The keys was so much easier to enter with then traditional hotel keys. The hotel was clean and always kept up.

We could hear the people above us moving around and walking.

I liked the location of the property. It is close to alot of restaurants and stores. The pool was also clean and very fun for the kids.

The only thing we didn't like was we got room 102 on the first floor and when we would come back from our day out our door was unlocked. It was very unsettling sleeping without your door locking and knowing someone on the outside could just open it without a key.
