The facility was nice and clearly a bit newer or remodeled, perhaps. I enjoyed the breakfast option. Price was decent for the quality and worth the price. I liked the shower had really good water pressure, and there was a microwave and fridge in the room.

It all fell apart once I checked out. I was charged a second time. No, it was not the $100 deposit or a pre-authorization. I was charged a second time after the initial pre-authorization settled. The second charge is still pending and tying up my funds. I emailed the property with no response. Hoping it was an error on their part, and I don't have to dispute the charge. I've stayed here twice, and this did not happen the first time, so I don't think it's something they have an issue with all the time.

The whole hotel is very clean and smelled clean throughout my stay. All staff I interacted with were friendly and helpful. The location is convenient for both Mansfield and south Arlington because of its proximity to 287 and major streets in both cities.

The road noise is constant but can be covered up by the TV or white noise. It's nothing beyond what you might expect staying so close to a major highway.

I loved our room. It was a suite with couch and chair. The sink was separate from toilet & bath which was nice.

The breakfast wasn’t the best . The first day the meat was little hotdogs. was not sausage. The third day it was ham so thinly sliced it didn’t even look like ham. So we just ate cereal.

We enjoyed the hot breakfast the employee were very nice the room was clean and fresh and very well put together and the towels were white and clean also was fresh and it was nice and quiet. And was in a very good location around all the restaurants you would need and a walk from Walmart store wow! Will come again. One of the best hotels we have been in great job!

I like that the staff attended to all needs and the house keeping was excellent! They cleaned daily and provided all needs!

The breakfast was the same thing every day! I stayed for a week and they had pancakes the whole week! I feel they could have done waffles, pancakes, and mixed it up a bit!

Very clean very spacious room bed was too hard for my liking overall good stay👍🏽

When I request during booking extra towels and extra pillows I have to actually get them myself I would rather have them already in my room I be tired

they charged me extra night for my pet and just told me upon leaving I’d be refunded. which is fine but I haven’t had good luck with other businesses on getting a proper refund in a descent amount of time

we booked two rooms, one facing the freeway, and one facing the back parking lot. the freeway facing room did have traffic noise traveling through the windows. The rear parking lot room was a bit humid and had a slight musky smell that we couldn’t get rid of.

Location convenient. Eggs and sausage good but missed gravy, hardboiled eggs and hot oatmeal

No wash cloths provided, had to ask for some. Not sure sheets were change until I loosened corners of sheets. Towel holder on back of bathroom door was broken off. New soap provided only after several days after I disposed of original bar. We woke at 6am for early departure and found that our wifi had been turned off. We had an 8 day stay. On day 6, we had been locked out of our room. These were really all small inconveniences. We would return to your property

It was very private. Didn’t have a lot of traffic. And if they did you didn’t know about it ! Staff was really helpful and friendly!

There is a holding charge on your credit card on top of what the stay is.
