Room was big. Shower was nice. Was really cool in the room.
Pool was "under renovation " and my kids weren't able to enjoy the pool. A day after my stay I noticed that I was charged $20. It may not seem like a big deal but my receipt didn't even show why an extra twenty dollars was being paid.

The staff was the only bright spot this trip.
No breakfast. It says breakfast on the website so I booked the room. If I canceled at that point , I would be charged a fee, up to full night stay. The elimination of breakfast was only related to me when it was to late. Also the bathtub had alot of rust in it. Home2 is always our first choice. However these are our main 2 reasons for staying at a hotel...bath and breakfast. In that respect, it was a terrible stay. The staff was friendly and professional as usual. Still our next trip we will consider another hotel. Even with the pandemic there has been ample time to change false advertisement.

The service and people were very nice, made us feel welcomed. When we needed towels,she was out of them but quickly gave us pool towels and apologized. Our visit there was pleasant. Thanks to all the staff for their hard work. I would return. TY

The room was clean with a little kitchen and dishwasher. Very comfortable space. Also the gym was well equipped. Overall, the property was clean and and the rooms.
The room lacked towels. We had 5 people in the room with only two towels. The swimming pool was dirty and no towels were provided.

The one lady at the desk was left alone. Sold out weekend, she had NO control of at least 100 baseball players & families in side the lobby. It was a mad house! She was left to wash linens as people brought them to her. She did her very best- shame on the Management team for not helping out!

V E R Y clean! The room was amazing and comfortable! The staff was very friendly. My kiddos and myself were very pleased with the breakfast it was pre-wrapped but nonetheless great and they were nice and full before getting on the road!

I really will stay here again. I liked everything except the pool area and the grills need to be cleaned…I guess more often..
