All the art and sculptures were beautiful. I liked that the garage had access to the actual hotel. The M Lounge was great, always had snacks and drinks readily available. Pool was clean and the pool side bar service was nice. Rooms were very clean and bed was very comfortable. B & D Restaurant was very nice. Food was great. Drinks were delicious.

There wasn’t a whole lot we didn’t like. If we had any complaint, I guess it would have been that the pool itself could’ve have been a bit more shaded. I mean not a huge inconvenience and the pillows are nice and fluffy but I’d probably just bring my own pillows next time. Other than that no issues.

Everything! Especially the housekeeping was extremely friendly and on top of everything! The house keeping supervisor Vanessa I believe that was her name always greeted us throughout the halls & elevators and made sure we had everything we needed. Extremely satisfied with housekeeping. They deft need a RAISE! Throughout the hotel was nice!

Only thing I disliked was that I had to walk thru the bar area to go to the pool, the other side entrance to the pool was closed would of been nice to have a hostess on the other entrance of the pool, and check verification of stay & provide wristbands to swim.

We started our staycation at the pool…Beautiful area of the hotel. The lunch we had poolside was absolutely delicious. Dinner at their restaurant was just as fantastic! We ended the evening listening to live music in the lobby area! Breakfast the next morning was a knockout!! We will definitely be back!

Very nice and neat. Staff was awesome. Very clean environment! Everything looks brand new. Great room set up. This is absolutely the Best place to stay when in town!

The parking garage and elevator set up could be improved, and cleaned up a little better. Such a nice interior and exterior, if the parking area was up to the rest of the expectations of the rest of the campus it would be a home run.

Explain a lil more in detail what i was offered in my room stay like access to certain areas I had but was not told about found out when I was checking out this is what I didn't like wrong area.

There was no breakfast! You would think for $350 a night there would be some type of breakfast that you didnt have to join a club membership to enjoy. Unbelieveable

I didn't eat or dine at the hotel. What I did like was the bed and shower. I couldn't access any streaming content via the television

All the fun outdoor spaces. the Ector theater and how you have updated it is beautifully and the restaurant was very good.

A/C was loud and kept going off and on. Ceiling fan would have been nice. Bathroom door was loud and light came through to disturb others.

The hotel was beautiful. The restaurant and bar was great and the drinks were wonderful. The room was much larger than I expected and the pool was wonderful.

Miss V! The breakfast was the best ever… Eggs Biscuits oatmeal.. Brisket skillet , country fried chicken jalapeño gravy..! Good Coffee. Breakfast was introduced too me by Miss V Miss V was over and beyond pleasant. GOD Bless her and her spirit…! GOD Bless
