The beds are very comfortable, the rooms and rest of the building was clean smelled good. And the housekeeping staff did a great job I use to work in house keeping I was happily impressed..

The only think I didn't like I still haven't received the incidental or deposit back in the time that I was told they would. And when I spoke to the employees at the desk they lied and said if it wasn't returned in the time that they said would be credited back to speak to the manager they even lied to me when the manager would be there and the other employee I spoke to was rude and said she couldn't help me and that the manager wasn't gonna be there. I live out of town so when I got home I called again and this time the person who answered wasn't able to help and I was told it would be another 5 to 7 days. I have yet to receive a call from the manager or my money.

Price of room was fair and affordable, room was clean and beds were very comfortable. The restroom in our room was big and roomy. The staff on front desk was friendly and respectful. We really enjoyed our stat here at the Sleep in & Suites and would definitely stay again in the near future. 👌

The Sleep Inn & Suites offered a continental breakfast with cereal, fruit, toast, yogurt, waffles, orange/apple juice and coffee. But what we were also looking forward to was some scrambled eggs with either some bacon or sausage. But we totally understand that due to covid alot of hotels are still just offering the normal continental breakfast with No eggs/bacon/sausage. Regardless...we still enjoyed our stay here and will definitely stay again in the near future. 👍

Everything about this place was better than i expected from any hotel at the price listed it is very nice very clean an up to date it’s down right amazing

The gentleman clerk at the desk had an amazing attitude, he was very thoughtful and accommodating. I am disabled, he helped me far more than I could ever have asked for. Rooms were clean, comfortable, peaceful and pleasing to the eye. I would highly recommend Sleep Inn to friends and family.

The only thing that could have my experience better, would have been to have my whole family with me to enjoy it.

The bed was comfortable. The first room we had was full of hair on the bed and pillows. The staff gladly changed our room. Very comfortable and clean.

Upon leaving we were trying to head back to Louisiana early. Some breakfast was out however since it was too early the lady at the counter was not to happy with allowing an early breakfast to someone that was leaving early so I took just water.

Unfortunately I slept past breakfast every day. The front desk employees were Super. Jaelynn the 7-3 employee helped me with directions to the nearest Walmart and HEB. Kayla the 3-11 employee was very sweet and helpful also. I will be coming to Odessa perhaps every 2 months and with family. I will definitely be staying again.

My room had a shower. Please it needs hand rails in it. Also the floor in the shower does not have a very good anti-slip texture. Next time I will probably get a room with a tub.

Great bed mattress and pillows!

We could have been given a ground room due to 3 year old kids who like to stump when they play.

The staff was amazing. They went above their duties to make me happy about my ice cream. was not freezing they freeze it for me Awesome. room was clean the housekeeping was amazing too . everything was Good on my birthday 3-18 💜 2nd time being here was great

The water was stank. the mini fridge was not cold enough .. to keep my food cool no hot breakfast do to covid

I liked the handicap facilities in the room that we stayed . The personal were friendly and helpful.
