This question is not clear. What did I like about the hotel or about the location? The hotel was nice and clean with good surroundings. Personnel are friendly and helpful Location is good as well. Easy to access

Nothing I can think of. I did not have any. Maybe they need to replace some of the beds in the room we stayed because Because they seem old and can visually the beds as sagging in the middle. You tend to roll in the middle if 2 people sleeps in the bed. We fall asleep anyway because we are tired but would help if they inspected rooms and maybe replace some of their beds

Great bed and amount of space in the rooms.

The new internet that requires a website login repeatedly rather than putting the password into the wifi settings so it can auto reconnect is horrible. Constantly kicking me off and causing me to manually reconnect and has caused my not-unlimited data plan for my cell to over run in just a 4 day stay by not always prompting for the password again when it disconnects.

Missed breakfast, I always wish it went later on weekends- I like to sleep in.

Hotel had just switched computer systems, several glitches- took much longer than it should have. Systems shouldn’t be changed right before a weekend. I had reservations for an event, I was afraid I’d be late. I wasn’t, but…. Also, took luggage up to room on third floor, key didn’t work. Had to carry everything down a long hall and ack to front desk.

I attempted to print work documents in the lobby several times and could never accomplish that. Other guests were observed having the same issue. When questioned, the staff responded, "I don't know anything about that printer." I was there as part of the storm damage response and could not print maps hundred our disaster response.

The staff were awesome and super friendly. We loved that the Polar Express trolley came to the hotel. They had chocolate waffle mix, and it was great!

The beds were worn out, and they sagged in the middle. The breakfast was great but over too soon. Also, the yogurt was no good. Both my boys ended up throwing it up an hour later.

it was new/updated, very clean, staff was super helpful and nice, and they went above and beyond with their extras they did for the kiddos and the train ride goodie bags!

the breakfast was overwhelming and lacked the machines it needed to keep up with demand of waffles. we probably went at rush time but it was very crowded and slow going

The hotel was very clean and the staff was very nice and friendly. The parking lot was lighted and clean. The breakfast was great. I will most definitely be recommending this hotel to friends.

The bed mattress in our room was kinda worn.

Very clean, up to date, great staff, and conveniently located. The lady that checked me in, Nakita, was very helpful and friendly. She also showed great professionalism when I had issues using my bank card.

Can’t say anything negative here. well, I’m not crazy about the coffee pot being in the bathroom, but other than that it’s as close to perfect you can get.

front desk personnel was awesome

I was there on leisure. I am 58yrs old, I brought my 70year old uncle and 50 year old cousin. we had to make multiple trips to the parking lot because there was NO cart available

The staff, Megan & Erika, treated me more like family rather than a hotel guest. They were the kindest and most friendly hotel staff I have EVER encountered in ALL my travels!! The hotel was very clean, bed was very comfortable and the room was nice and spacious. The pool & hot tub area was well maintained and greatly enjoyed after a long trip. The gym was great and has sanitizer wipes for the equipment, which is really good to see right now. The happy hour treat is a nice touch,so ask about it if you like wine/beer or chocolate chip cookies.
