La Quinta by Wyndham Palestine

The hotel was really nice and I'm not sure if it's because it's not a large hotel but it was not packed, which we loved. The room was nice as well and it was a good size for us three. We went because we had tickets for the Polar Express and they even had a free shuttle to the location but we didn't use since we wanted to go in our own vehicle. Everything is pretty much close to this hotel, restaurants, gas stations and grocery stores. The receptionist was also really nice and helpful. Our room was quiet and we enjoyed our stay very much! We will definitely stay there again!!!

The only downside which is not the hotels fault is that we had poor cellular service but we used the hotels WiFi and problem solved. The whole area around the hotel doesn't get good service for TMobile customers.

The breakfast was great. Nice presentation. Clean. Multiple choices.

The turn off from the road is difficult to see. Maybe and entrance sign could be added. Arriving at night i oaaaed it and had to double back.

Whenever I travel "back home" to Palestine, I stay at this property. The location, cleanliness and the updated rooms keep me coming back.

The only thing that could have made my stay better was knowing that the pool and facilities would not be available due to Covid restrictions. I have stayed at other hotels during the pandemic that have managed to develop processes that allow for limited facility access - so I know it can be done. Other than that, this property is stellar.

Staff was friendly and courteous. Room was large, bed very comfortable, 24 hour access to coffee/ hot chocolate, breakfast was good. Will stay there again next time.

Shower head leaky. Took time for hot water in shower.

The woman at the front desk went above and beyond because I was having problems worth my credit card. The hotel was clean and very quiet even though there were a lot of people there. Breakfast was good. No complaints at all.

I liked everything

we liked that it was fairly new and everything worked like it should . staff was nice and helpful . near my family and close to the railroad park .

our room has a musty smell it hit you as soon as you walked in . otherwise it was fine .

This stay was very good. The hotel staff goes above and beyond. The beds are so comfortable and the rooms are always very clean. There are several restaurants that will deliver to this hotel.

The front desk staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. My room met expectations and I was pleased with the way you acknowledged my reservation request.

Bed was softer than I would have liked but I guess that’s a matter of preference.

The staff was very nice and helpful. We pleasantly surprised that the pool is salt water instead of chlorine.

The pool in surrounding by pebbles and it hurts your feet. That's it☺️

Checking in went very smoothly and the staff was polite and efficient.

There were no extra blankets or sheets for the roll-out bed and we had to go to the front desk to ask for more and there wasn't extra toilet paper and we had to go to the front desk to ask for that. I'm guessing it was because of the pandemic and people were stealing the extra toilet paper so they stopped putting it in the rooms.
