The room was very comfortable, spacious and clean. We were able to relax without hearing any external noise such as doors slamming or people running down the halls. Breakfast was fresh and well supplied, there was adequate seating and plenty of fresh hot coffee. We have stayed several times before and always appreciate the welcoming front desk, the calm within the hotel in general and the comfortable and welcoming rooms we get.

If the weather had been better, we would have loved getting to play in the pool. Otherwise, we couldn't have asked for a more pleasant location and services. The price could have been a little better, but when the location is full, we must pay what the market will bear! Hardship pricing would be a great help, as we come in frequently to help our daughter who is currently going through cancer treatment, and her family. Austin does not have any places for family to stay during long term medical care.

Best Western can be hit or miss in regards to facilities, the staffs are always exceptional, our experience. This Best Western was the best we have stayed in. The staff was friendly and very accomodating, the breakfast was excellent and the facilities were the best of any Best Western we have stayed.

Location however that will change as this area grows. We stayed there for the location between the renaissance fair and Austin.

it was very clean and neat I really enjoyed how nice the room and restroom looked the high ceilings was a nice touch I had a nice night here overall I would definitely recommend staying here I’ll definitely be back here again!!!

breakfast ends pretty early I came here on my day off and I wanted to sleep in and still make breakfast but it was already over at 9 am

Love the silent rooms, you don't hear noise from another room or the hallway. The pool was great. Breakfast was good. This is the second time we've stayed there and will again in the future.

The bedding and towels were scratchy, but the beds were very comfortable. There was no hairdryer in the room. When I went to the desk, the girl seemed confused and said she'd get me one, but never did.

Breakfast was great. I really enjoyed the waffles, eggs, and sausage. My kids really enjoyed the yogurt.

The housekeeper did not speak English which made it difficult for getting a clear understanding of what I needed.

Extremely comfortable room, great king-sized bed, amazing shower, coffee in the room, very nice and helpful staff, just an amazing experience, highly recommended, will return for sure.

Only bad thing was... we had to leave!

Since the moment we walked in we were greeted and all the staff was awesome! Breakfast was great as well and I would definitely be back.

All the staff, housekeeping and the people in the dining were exceptationally nice and helpful. The room is a nice size room and as I was selling my home it was great to have a laundry right on site. Oh and the dill pickle day was cute and the Thanksgiving meal made the stay more welcoming.

Staff. Staff. Staff. We had a small issue with breakfast and with the pool. The staff bent over backwards to deal with the issues and were very friendly and effective about the whole matter. Thanks.

Staff was very nice and accommodating.

Microwave was broke. Back parking area was littered and broken glass on the sidewalk.
