We were traveling with our high school concert band and there were close to a 100 of us. The hotel staff was very nice and accommodating, answered our questions and took care of our needs. The lobby was very large. The kids had a pool table to play at and there were many conversation seating areas where the kids were able to play board games, etc. Breakfast was great. The hotel even opened 45 minutes earlier on a Saturday morning to allow our kids to eat before we left at 7:00 a.m. The kids also enjoyed the pool area! The hotel is great for large and small groups alike.

The room was spacious with all kinds of things that one might need during a day's stay...food, enough ports, comfortable bed and other seating arrangements. I'd definitely stay again.

I didn't like the idea that you ran my card for $45 for incidentals and then applied it to the room...just a little off putting at the beginning. Also, no one offered to help with my bags. Finally, the handicapped room was all the way to the end of the hallway which was hard to get to alone.

Oatmeal was very good during the cold morning. But sausage patties under cooked ,biscuits hard maybe some cream gravy would of been nice.

beds hard as a rock room325 and the sofa bed was hard. would also been wonderful some pots and pans to cook. I had to go buy some and I actually stayed 2 1/2 weeks there.

I enjoyed the 2 breakfast stations and the variety of food and drink options. Having a working ice machine on every floor was helpful. The trash and recycle trash cans in the rooms as well as in public areas were helpful. The entire staff was always welcoming and helpful.

Excellent location. Very clean hotel. Amazing and friendly staff all around. really enjoyed the stay here. Breakfast was also very good every morning.

Everything was great.

The Location was everything! Right in the mix of an amazing shopping center with a movie theater and plenty of restaurants. Will definitely stay here on our next visit.

The hotel is brand new and it was so clean. The staff was amazing! We did have a little confusion when checking in because the girl couldn't figure out how to charge the other rooms I had on hold on another card. Now I'm on hold trying to straighten it all out.

very clean ! rooms are spacious and kitchenette is a big plus ! close to water park and walking distance to movies shops and restaurants .

Upscale clean, close to lots of food and even movie theater.
