easy access, reasonable price, most staff were friendly and professional. Breakfast was decent, including warm syrup for the fresh waffles. Jenny is great, Anthony is awesome. the other guy, not so much.

the adjoining doors between two rooms very loose, make a lot of noise if accidentally bumped. The handicap accessible room was too cramped with furniture, could not use my walker once I got in the door. One of the front desk people, male, quiet almost to the point of rude. No phones in the room, so if you need front desk, you have to call from your phone. Also, housekeeping vacuums likely need upgrade. And a routine for focused cleaning. My service dog found old trash under the bed. The rooms could definitely use a refresh and new carpet, grout needed in shower, peeling paint on ceiling, use of common household extension cord should be surge protector type for tv, etc. and random tape of wires under the desk. I did alert manager to the accessibility issues and the wiring taped.

Bed was extremely comfortable. The facility was very quiet. The breakfast was nice. The location was great for our needs. The ice machine was very convenient. Parking was plentiful and convenient.

There were a few issues that we reported to the desk clerk. He was appreciative that we reported them. Specifically, the toilet seat was loose and the shower controls did not function well.

Nice staff, decent lodgings, clean, very remote, quick and easy to get in. Allowed my poodle and my pittie.

The door right next to our room opened to anyone. It was messed up. The pool was closed. Breakfast is kinda eh. The cinnamon toast crunch was mixed in with the cheerios which i found odd. Otherwise it was good.

We checked in on the weekend as a family with young kids for a funeral, overall the stay was comfortable , room was clean & tidy with all the amenities, the plus was the bar , enjoyed our drinks & pool , breakfast was delicious.. staff was helpful :)

the overall stay was comfortable,clean linen &rooms ,just need little up gradation, breakfast was good enough for us the wake up call was on time as we had to attend a meeting,would love to book this property again & yes pool was clean !!:)

I love the pool area. And the rooms were very nice.

There was no coffee in the morning, but im sure they had just ran out. Nothing major.

The Internet is extremely spotty and kept dropping. Coulf not stay connected long enough to work and had to keep fixing the Internet on my grandson’s ipad every time it dropped. The signage on the hotel was covered up or under maintenance so almost missed the hotel.

it was very quiet and nice and clean and the bed was very comfortable

i had to check out early for a family emergency and the property charged me full price for the room after I had already paid for the room on booking also

Some things seemed out dated. Hair dyer did not work and i think it was the electrical plug was not operating. Hallway had odor as of water damage.

pool was very green this time. we had to have wristbands to go to the pool, while others had 10+ kids there and no wristbands. coffee maker in the room did not function.
