Everyone was great and helpful
The smell of mold in room and hallway. Hallway also was nasty looking walls need to be painted floor need to be pulled up redone .Under frig.need cleaning in room you can look down the side and see how old and nasty it is.

My room had roaches never had a problem like that before and housekeeping came in before my check out time never experienced that before neither it felt I was being rushed out

The breakfast was decent and the room was nice considering the location.
dirty pool and jacuzzi. the jacuzzi had dead roaches and trash floating in it. staff didn’t care much about cleaning it or the hallways.

I kept sneezing. I figured it was bc of the different state. The next morning I saw mold on the ceiling of the kitchen area. I think that explained it.

The only thing I didn’t like was! The toilet was loose, shaking, the bathroom door wouldn’t lock in room. And the kids in the hotel was running and jumping all day and all night!!

Location is good and price was ok.
Front desk gentleman was rude. Asked for a complementary toothpaste and he charged me. It was not even a tube of toothpaste but a squeezable single pack. I also wanted several drinks but couldn’t get them because I couldn’t pay with my debit card. With this COVID pandemic I don’t carry cash.

My stay was great room was comfortable locating is great only problem I had was everyday after work I had to ask for towels, and my bed lining wasn’t changed every day
