Deluxe Inn and Suites0

Checking in was super easy and I was asked questions I've never been asked before. I felt like they cared about my stay. The location is always a plus and parking is never an issue. This room has 2 trash cans! Believe it or not, it makes a difference. The iron and ironing board worked with no issues. Overall it was a great stay.

The toilet was loose! Had to be careful sitting down or getting up. It was very annoying as the lid sounded like it would fall off. The shower was clogged with the nastiest clump of hair. I had no choice but to remove it if I wanted to take a shower. Very gross.

The room itself was awesome. It was more of a kitchenette w/ a full sized refrigerator in the room. We definitely put it to good use. The ceiling fan is my favorite item in the room. Keeps the room cool. And the bed was very, comfortable.

Needs to have more towels! Those towels are tiny as it is. The floor was very dirty! Took my shoes & socks off and my feel were filthy after walking in the room for a while. You could feel the dirt on the floor. The phone is just a prop, does not work. Lost internet connection on the tv so had to go to office coz phone didn’t work. Told the gentleman about it and he said, “do you really want to watch tv, coz I’m eating dinner”. I looked at him and said “yes, I do want to watch tv”.

I only stayed one night and the bed was so comfortable. The A/C worked like a charm and I can't stop talking about the ceiling fan. It circulates the air very well. That is one of the best things I like about Deluxe Inn.

The one cup coffee pot still had a used coffee pod in it and was moldy. After cleaning it and making myself a cup of coffee, the creamer packets seemed old, that they clumped in my coffee and wouldn't break apart. Ended up throwing away the coffee.

It was so hot when we arrived, we just wanted to get in the room. We were surprised when we entered the room and the AC was on! The room was very cool. Since we bring our dogs with us, we put the Do Not Disturb door hanger up. The staff is very accommodating when we take our dirty towels to them and they hand us clean towels. Sam, the manager, is very helpful also. If we ever need anything, we know he'll take care of it. As frequent guest at this hotel, we stay in the same room all the time. It's close to the ice, coke, & snack machines, which come in handy late at night. You can't beat the price for your stay. I will always recommend Deluxe Inn & Suites.

Deluxe Inn and Suites keeps getting better w/ every single stay.

I have yet to try the breakfast, coz I'm either sleeping in or have to leave early. But the best part of the rooms are the ceiling fans! That and the A/C at night, man-o-man, I sleep like a baby. One of these days on one of my trips, all I'm gonna do is stay in bed! So very comfortable.

The only negative I had on my stay was the starched bath towels. Starched towels won't dry you very well.

Had a very pleasant stay here. Sam, at the front desk, was very kind and extremely accommodating to us, especially due to our circumstantial situation. From the first call I made even before getting in town, he made a stressful trip much less stressful, which I am very appreciative of. The property was fairly quiet the entire stay. The property is pet friendly and has large grassy area all around the building to walk your dogs. The rooms are a good size and have multiple bed size options to choose from; even a three queen room, which actually fit a family members needs perfectly. There were no bugs or issues at all in the room. The beds are comfortable, large mini fridges, and cold A/C units. I liked the furniture as well; a pullout sofa, a narrow table/desk with a rollout table the fit perfectly underneath so it doesn’t take up extra room. The housekeeping kept to themselves unless asking if we needed extra towels in passing. Again, I am extremely appreciative of how much Sam did for us, even allowing us to extend our reservation as many times as we needed. Thank you so much!!

Property does have a swimming pool that is well maintained. Also have a grill to cook out at.

When I got my rooms, I did find there to be dead bugs on the floor and it did not seem like the room was at least swept before we got there. I talked with a manager on site and they were very understanding and got to clean the room very quickly.

Sam, the manager, was very helpful and accomodating to my needs. I required extra space to freeze some freezer bags I brought with me to cool some food items. He placed another freezer in my room to freeze all my materials.

The door lock needs some attention.

11 Am checkout time. The beds and spacing was comfortable. We had access to stay and use swimming pool from 10 Am. Until 10 pm.

I did not like the remote for the t.v it was missing the back cover and was taped. Batteries would move. I would update to like Apple t.v access with Apple remotes.

They don't serve breakfast anymore. And the location was excellent. It's close to everywhere I need to get to. Many food places to choose from close by as well.
