Staff was friendly and welcoming, and the breakfast could not have been better! The room was clean and well maintained. It was the best LQ I have stayed in for quite some time.

The air conditioner in the room. I would like to have been able to have the fan running on low at night to help drown out the noise (my room was near the pool area), and also have the air conditioner on about 75 degrees or so. However, I had to make a choice between having the fan on, or the air conditioner (cooling option) on. I had to keep getting up and switching between the two options.

My friend and I came to stay for a dance convention. My expectations were low but I have to say we were both blown away by the hotel. Our other friends stayed at Kalahari down the road and had so many issues including uncomfortable beds. We didn’t have that issue. We slept like rocks and were very comfortable. The hotel was very clean and smelled so good. The price was perfect! Couldn’t have asked for a better stay. Hotel staff was amazing. Will definitely return!

Maybe oatmeal instead of packet oatmeal for breakfast. And we both commented how it would be nice if the buffet could stay open until 10 am

Super friendly and helpful staff, clean rooms with plenty of towels, and a hot breakfast each morning. The location is easy to find with plenty of parking. The front check desk area had a snack and drink "store" along with items commonly forgotten. It was easy to grab a microwavable snack and head up to my room. Overall, I would stay here again!

The bath bar, shampoo and conditioner were a good quality, I would love to see a hand lotion inlcuded. I forgot mine!

Having a free breakfast was great. Also the location to our venue was perfect, we could walk there! There were several places to eat and all were just walking distance away.

The railroad was across the street and several trains would pass each night, they didn't keep me awake because I grew up next to a railroad but I did hear them.

The area and friendly staff, and the fact that it was really close to the resort we went to. Kalahari Resorts was just minutes away. And also the fridge wasn't working in my room, and they came right away and replaced it.

Well... if we are going to talk about excellence in every sense of the word in terms of hotel, you have arrived here! If I could give you 10 stars, I would! Where customer service is # 1, where visitor really cares. Extremely spacious and clean rooms, super comfortable beds and extremely clean bathroom! There is no doubt that I will stay here when I return to Round Rock! Recommend 100!!! You guys rocks!!! 🙌🏼🙌🏼

Very clean and kept up. Staff helpful. Room clean and beds amazing.

While we were gone during the day, staff didn't come to resupply our towels or straighten up.

The building is not insulated very well. Noise from the outside was too loud. Room was warm.
