Monty at the front desk always greets with a smile and pays careful attention to detail. He makes sure he knows all of the guests and everyone feels at home while they stay. All the staff goes above and beyond to make sure everyone has a great stay here. Housekeeping is always on top of cleanliness. There are always clean towels and sheets in the rooms. No loud noise here, no sketchy people. Just great employees! No matter where we're at in town, we will always drive just to stay here. Best experience we've had.

The breakfast was great!! The rooms were clean and bed comfortable. Stayed in the DOG ROOM and the comforters were stained on one of the beds. Towels were clean and fluffy!!

I didn't like that there was no pool. Also didn't like that they charged me 25 a night for my pet. Was not told this beforehand.

Large room with great accommodations

Issues with room. We went thru 4 room Room 1 someone was occupying it Room2, we could not open the door Room 3 double beds and A/C not working My husband is disabled and they could only offer us a room on the 2nd floor.

I told the front desk staff I was traveling alone, and they made sure I had a room I felt safe in and was able to keep an eye on my vehicle. The room was clean, and A/C worked great. Nice comfortable bed, and shower had great water pressure. The staff was friendly. My stay was more than expected for the price, and even the WiFi was perfect.

Staff always great and helpful.

Hotel room -bathroom needed fixing. Tub floor cracking and scale. Bathroom door would not open all the way through. Might consider staying somewhere else next visit to SA.
