Julien and Bianca at the front were accommodating and kind every time I spoke to them and the one waiter they had at the restaurant (he was the only waiter the nights we were there-didn’t catch his name) he was the sweetest and attentive even when he was busy! The hotel is very kid friendly! We loved the movie nights outside with games and s’mores! Room was clean and stocked with necessities! And very well air conditioned - bed had bright white clean sheets (that’s really all that mattered to us!) We also noticed a security car outside in the parking lot which was nice to know we can sleep in peace knowing are cars were being watched! We enjoyed are stay there very much! I don’t understand the negativity! We had a great time! One more thing they had this cool frozen yogurt robot machine! Very cool and it was actually really good ice cream! I wish I took pics of the room but I did take some of the outside game area!

Better internet connection upstairs which was literally the only bad thing that I could think of and it’s not even that bad lol

The location was great. We were able to get all around the Westover Hills and Alamo Ranch area super easy. The staff was also incredibly helpful!

We didn't like our room placement and some of the features of the room. Our room was right by the vending and ice machines, which made it almost impossible to sleep as people were coming and going for those two machines all night. Additionally, our room was a little awkward in a few ways. It seemed like they renovated in some ways, but then took shortcuts when finishing up the renovations making it feel awkward and unfinished.

The breakfast was okay. The eggs were soaking in water, therefore your powder eggs weren’t dried out.

1) When went to breakfast the first day, we were Charged $51.92. I questioned the front desk And they said I didn’t qualify for “breakfast Included” as my online receipt listed. Therefore, the second day we left and went to a restaurant to have breakfast then realized they Removed the original charge. Someone obviously doesn’t know what is what and that hotel owes us a breakfast, therefore we should receive a credit or refund for $51.92 for the 2nd day we didn’t get to eat. 2) We have stayed in many nice hotels from Gaylords to Holiday Inn, obviously including your Hilton and we always have a refrigerator. This was ridiculous that we didn’t have one. Fortunately, my family doesn’t need this for medical reasons but what about those that would. People should not have to ask.

the property is very beautiful. I didn’t get a chance to walk around the entire property because it was so big but what I did see was beautiful. The back of the hotel gives you a walk in the park vibe. There are plenty places to sit. I would definitely host a huge wedding or family reunion here.

Some of the staff were a bit rude. I called one night of my stay to get a blanket and was told bc he was the only staff available he couldn’t bring it. That was super inconvenient and when I asked for it the next day to be sent to my room, no one ever came. I had to ask multiple times before it was actually delivered.

the location being so close to sea world and the property is beautiful inside. We also liked the ambiance inside and sitting by the fire at the Hill Country Cafe having an awesome breakfast!

we had spilled on our sheets and needed to get them changed. we had asked the housekeeper in the hall and they gave us new sheets but we had to go change our own bed (no room service had come, and we were there two nights). then, we had to ask a different housekeeper to come get the dirty pile of sheets and our dirty towels. they never did bring us clean towels after that.

Loved the two restaurants that are available, the outdoor area was awesome with the various games, oversized chess, etc. The staff was the friendliest and most helpful, customer service was definitely top notch! Plenty of parking available, which is not always the case in many hotels. Our King suite with a balcony was very comfortable and the size was perfect.

It’s a little bit older but well maintained, my only complaint, which is probably more me, the AC didn’t seem to get as cold as I would have liked however I am very hot natured so I’m sure that to most people it would be fine. The curtains in our room had some big stains on them but again, everything was clean, just a little older so normal wear and tear.

beautiful and clean, great for the kids, kiddy pool and area to roast marshmallows.

staff was overall good but one staff member ruined part of stay with rudeness, wasn’t able to get into contact with front desk to ask what time check out was our last night, had to call from cell phone for them to answer when we got ahold of them Bianca was real rude, also $10 parking a night is really bad reason being parking lot is dark and there’s signs up saying they are not responsible for theft if no ones guarding parking lot what’s charge for? at least add valet parking for $10 per night charge.

The outdoor patio area is very nice and having multiple pools based on customers' needs or use is great. The outdoor bar by the pool is a nice easy walk and convenient. Your made to order breakfast omelet is great and the rest of the buffet is very well laid out for customers and plenty of seating.

Although we sleep comfortably, but the bed was a bit too soft for my liking. RM547

The room was pretty clean. Loved their outdoor setup, plenty to do with family and friends. Games, s’mores, pool, hot tub, basketball, etc. Front desk staff was friendly.

The only thing I disliked about the property is that their pool and hot tub were very unkept. I had to use a random plastic bag I found on the floor to fish out wasps and bees that were floating around. It also had too much little trash floating around all over the edge.
