Breakfast was good, just didn’t have much seating since it was full, so had to eat in our room & head back for drinks.

When first arriving the girl at the front desk said we could check in by 2:30pm. So we went to eat and came back, she said our rooms were ready but couldn’t give us a key, we didn’t get to get our actual rooms until maybe 3:45pm and the lobby was full of other guest waiting for their room keys as well. If rooms weren’t ready she could have stated that but seemed she was ready to be off her shift for the next person to deal with the mess she had.

The breakfast was excellent with a variety of choices. Two kinds of sausage, biscuits, gravy, two kinds of scrambled eggs, 3 waffle makers, bagels, muffins, cereal, apples and oranges, two kinds of juice and milk as well. The bed was very firm and there were 4 different types of pillows provided on my king size bed for a total of 8. The air conditioner was controlled by a thermostat on the wall and worked very well without freezing up. The room and bathroom were very clean and well maintained. Had a walk in shower with no tub, sliding glass door. Stayed on the 4th floor with the window facing West, no view from that side due to the concrete trim of the building being 4 foot high but you could definitely see the sky. Friendly and efficient staff, check-in and out was fast and easy. Traveling with elderly parents and everything was very accessible and clean. Will stay here again.

Absolutely Amazing Stay, Everything was close by. Breakfast could have been a larger selection. Everything except the TV and Breakfast. Rooms were nice and clean. Beds so comfortable you think your in your own bed. I would definitely stay here again. Room 271 Shawn

The TV only picked up a few channels. Called down to the dront Desk and he stated something a about the TV Guide. Ended up cutting the TV off. He said they get alot of complaints about the TV.

The breakfast was good, with a large variety. The only suggestion is to have more coffee carafes ready ahead of time, it kept running out during breakfast...it would also be nice to have a little extra coffee available during the day.

At one point, a group of kids (a band or orchestra) was staying on our floor. They were running up and down the hall, and were playing musical instruments in the rooms around us. They did stop after some time.

the location is awesome , very close to the outlet mall. The breakfast was also great. Staff is very friendly. Rooms are very clean.

The location is great. The access to the freeway and the outlet mall is perfect.

The bathroom at room 227 needs to be updated and properly clean. The elevators need TLC. The TV remote control wasn't working properly, and I requested another remote and even didn't work.

Excellent location if you’re going to the premium outlets. Hot breakfast was great and staff was very attentive to make sure there was enough for everyone.

I personally love dogs but i did not like the fact they were allowed in rooms. Reason is because there’s always irresponsible people that decide not to clean up after their pets.

It was very clean, modern look and a great location right behind the San Marcos Premium Outlets and Tanger Outlets. Property was well organized, staff was very friendly, breakfast was good for the value no complaints.

Nothing negative

The property was nice and clean. It was close to everything. It was a little moist in the rooms at first, but the facility was in great shape. There was breakfast and the beds were comfy. My children were able to go to the pool as well and we were 20 minutes away from Schlitterbahn which was great.

The staff were not as friendly. They did not have the customer service skills needed to take the hotel to the next level. I am very big on customer service and professionalism, treating everyone equally and making them feel welcome. Especially being that they are spending their money. The best part of companies is their ability to make the customers feel comfortable and wanted. Without that, even in the best of place, it’s a fail to me. Staff needs to be trained on diversity and handling people from different backgrounds and cultures and so forth.

It was a great place. Great atmosphere, people, location, and experience. Close enough to everything we needed. And comfortable enough to stay relaxed. I would come here again any day...

Other than the fact my wife kept the room cold the hole time, no complaints.
