Everything was good, I will go back there any time, this my spot..very comfortable here..

When I went check in ,I collected my room key went to the room, I didn't like it ,so I said I will go back to the office to speak with someone..when I get to the office there was a young lady and a older lady they ask if everything was ok , I said no they ask how can they help me ,I told them I didn't like my room..you know what they change my room. But I paid an extra $10.00 .. so these staff are doing a great job..but you have to have respect and talk to them nicely...they are wonderful staff

The front desk staff was very friendly, helpful and offered everything I could need to make my stay very pleasant. Coffee was very good and they had a few choices if you needed a light breakfast. Nice little exercise room with treadmill and other pieces of equipment that actually worked. Property was very clean and in a great location making it easy to get around the Houston area without having to stay in downtown Houston itself which was so nice. Close to First Colony Mall Sugar Land and Sugar Land Town Square....great foodie area🍕🍨☕🍸 Several grocery stores in the area, Aldi, HEB and Whole Foods, so that a person could do meals in their room since it had a kitchen. One hour to Galveston, 30 minutes to NASA area and 30 minutes to Katy Mills.

The treadmill needs someone to service the walking deck, starting to make rubbing sounds. Normal wear and tear issues.

The old staff is good but the new manager is hard to work with

She is only efficient when it comes to money but not when it comes to feelings that needs to be done around as far as maintenance doors being locked replacing the proper equipment in the room and cheeks and tire service also not enough pots and pans when required also a breakfast combinations are not always there

It was quite, clean , staff friendly but the customer was wonderful...they meet you with a beautiful smile, I will recommend anyone to book at this spot..

Everything was perfect, the couple of times I spend at this hotel i feel good, so there is no dislike here

The room I got I didn't like it.. I went to the front office the were willing to help me with a smile..I got my room change. I enjoy staying at this spot ,you feel welcome..can't wait to go back

I like the room space the kitchen area there’s added on to it and the pool.

The toilet kept on clogging up and would not flush as soon as you push the button and the pull out couch got stuck, pulling it out and putting it back in.

Mrs Pat was exceptional. She went above and beyond to make sure me and my family check in process was corrected. She made sure we were comfortable and made sure i was calm during the glitch we had with booking.com. Mrs Pat was very professional and the kindest person I have met in my lifetime. I will stay here again because she made us welcomed.

The location is excellent for our medical visits to Houston…..& I really enjoy having a kitchen…..

I wish the dishes and cooking essentials were already in the room…..
