The manager was cute and very helpful when didn't get in till late but she was there making sure our check-in was worry and hassle free!!! 5 star service

The only little knot about our stay was they ran out of syrup but it was busy and I completely understood..... staff was friendly and very accommodating

Breakfast was a joke we got up early expecting to go down and get breakfast that you see people posting pictures like scrambled eggs and sausage and bacon we get down there and they have a to go burrito probably from the dollar store and then a little mini bag of eggo waffles that you have to heat up yourself and then some kolache looking thing and then the bagels and the toes were hard as hell like they just didn't put any forth effort into their breakfast it was just so disappointing

Hotel location was easy to get to. Staff was super friendly and professional! Breakfast was good( plenty of options to choose from). Room was clean and decent size.

Room didn’t have a closet or a place to hang clothes. The restroom in the room was located in a bad area (no privacy). Some lights didn’t work. Outside noise wasn’t too bad.

i like the decor and that there is a separation in the rooms between bed area and desk/couch area

I didn’t like the construction around the property but I understand that’s temporary. The smell of the pool was VERY strong and nauseating when in the first floor hallway. we were at the end of the hallway (102) so the smell seemed to fade a bit. The breakfast was okay but eggs and sausage were gross looking.

The staff was so friendly and accommodating. Addressed any questions or concerns we had. The breakfast was really good. The layout of the room was very nice. Beds were comfortable. Have stayed at Springhill before and would return again.

The comforter and sheets were a little dingy.

The room was spacious and the bedding was clean. It not only had two queen size bed but a pull out sofa. It accommodated our family if 5 perfectly.

It was outdated. The carpet had stains and some areas of the carpet were sticky.

great location and very clean … we went for a tournament and games were postponed due to lightening and staff was friendly enough to let our team stay in our rooms for an extra hour since we had nowhere to go!!!

check in and check out was easy

there was only one door into and out of the building; people the floor above me stomped and jumped all night through 4am, and in the morning there was an odd smell perforating through the building (possibly weed).

Bed was very comfortable. Loved Ac, was cold.

No full length mirror. Water pressure low. Hallway was hot and snelled like musky. Had to hold handle down for toliet.

The breakfast was good. We enjoyed the amount of food that was available.

Everything was fine.
