This location was one of the first places true to the pictures on the website. It was very nice. Breakfast was great, several choices. Our room was big and very comfortable. Blackout shades. Walk in shower with bench seat was a surprise. Ceiling fan was a great surprise as well. Mini kitchen area with Kurig coffee maker and sink. ALL of the staff were awesome. Especially the front desk clerks. They went above and beyond to help with everything we needed. The Sulpher Springs area is nice. Lots to do. Lots of places to eat. Big variety of fast food places and restaurants. I recommend Arturos Wood Fire Pizza downtown! Bowling Alley next door. Movie theater across the road. Very traveler friendly. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this location!

Room decent size and TV channel choice good. Breakfast ok for quick snack. Pool area nice to sit round and chill out.

Location good but can’t walk anywhere due to highways even though you can see restaurants from your bedroom window. Bar a bit hit and miss with opening hours.

The staff was awesome. From the receptionist that greeted us to the bartender that served us and Judy in the morning for breakfast.  They were all very friendly and the facility was clean. We sat outside in the evening by the pool and had pizza. Beautiful night!

I wish we could stay longer

Staff were super nice! Bed was really comfortable and sheets super soft.

Bathroom, smelled like a urinal when the floor was wet. Room was really dusty, could see the dust on the surfaces and lamps. There was a knat issue on the ceiling of the room I occupied that I noticed on night 2. Lots of dead knats in the black out curtains and window sill.

The breakfast is amazing and the lady that prepared it was the nicest. The hotel overall is a great place to stay, loved the pool relaxation.

The restroom could have been a bit cleaner, I found hair in the shower and the bathing towels was not fresh nor wash cloths.

she is an older property, so bathroom cabinents are old and there isn’t anything in them. but they had lots of dust, the light fixtures in the bathroom were very dusty and dirty. other than that, it was a very comfortable place for the night. everyone on the staff were very friendly.

Getting locked out of my room. My card didn't work so I went to the service desk and my card got redone but it still didn't work the clerk came to try and housekeeping but it still didn't work so they had to get the main house keeping and she got my room door open and found out the latch was broken I couldn't leave out of my room cause it would lock us back out it was rm 329.

Staff was very friendly, knowledgeable and gave me all the information I needed about room, checkout and breakfast without me asking. Hotel was very clean and well kept with the important things like towels and shampoo/body wash if needed. Had a fridge and microwave both. I’ve been in bigger hotels with neither. Loved it and if in the area again will stay there.

There was nothing I didn’t like.

The breakfast was good and the coffee was good. The breakfast attendant was very friendly and efficient.

I didn't like that the bar was open. Also, I was surprised with the reviews that this hotel got. I was very disappointed in the lack of high quality soaps/toiletries in the room. Also the ice machine was very hard to find, with poor signage. No ice bucket in the room.

This hotel is an absolute gem! Aesthetically…beautifully updated. The rooms feel like HOME. very comfortable beds, there is a lovely little bar downstairs and the hospitality is top notch. I’m most definitely going back for a nice little break from reality as soon as I can.

my only complaint would be just needed a couple of extra towels.
