Great breakfast, clean room, great location close to restaurants

If I have to think of one thing I didn’t like, it would be a very strong air freshener in the lobby. I’m sensitive to smells, but I really wasn’t down there more than 5 minutes, so it wasn’t a problem at all!

Breakfast was good, room was clean, even towels were nice

In a very convenient area, we didn’t have to go far out to go to a place to eat or shop!I like the fact that you don’t hear a lot of noise coming from room to room and the staff was the. Friendliest staff that I’ve come across lately!!

I really didn’t enjoy sleeping in the bed after 2 nights, I began to hurt and neither did my husband, it. Would be really good. If. You would get pillow top mattresses and I’ll make you my home. Away from home place to stay!!

my only issue is the lightbulb in the entrance way was out but in all fairness i am sure they would have replaced it if i had asked, the staff was very good! the room was very clean, comfy & quiet, the included breakfast was very acceptable!

no shade trees to park under, companies NEED to leave the trees or replant them after construction, trees are VITAL to our environment & it is so nice to be able to park your car under one! we already have way too much concrete!

The room was spacious, clean, and the staff was very attentive.

Even though the building and the room was clean there were broken floor tiles in the lobby, elevator, and a missing tile in the bathroom. This is nothing that really impacted my stay but gives the impression that the place is not well taken care of.

This was a great place. We will stay again.

I only have one suggestion. Breakfast was not that great of quality even for a continental breakfast. The limited options they did have was poor quality It's the only reason i gave 9 stars instead of 10. Next time we will make another plan for breakfast.

Super clean property.

All the handicapped accessible rooms are at the far end of a very long hallway from the elevator. This is a design issue and does not reflect on the staff. I understand that the placement is across the hall from the staircase exit (for emergencies) but for folks like my husband who are still able to walk some, it’s an issue. I finally resorted to putting him on a luggage dolly to shuttle him back and forth to our room.

They had a good amount of food to choose from. The coffee SUCKS!! but that didn't surprise me, plus i'm a coffee lover and like good quality coffee, coffee is bad everywhere accept for more expensive venues, of course. But they had more food to appease ones appetite, compared to another hotels, that were a tad more expensive.

I was so pleased to see the rooms looked just like the photos, NICE. One review said they weren't like in the photos, but that must have been at another location. The room was classy enough for the price and I was shocked how nice it was. So this place is worth every penny. Plus, the Front Desk staff were ALL AWESOME, helpful, knowledgeable. Very HAPPY with the Comfort Suites and will use them again, in the future!

It was in a perfect place - we had family within Greenville and in Caddo Mills and it was easy to get to both. Our room was very comfortable, the employees were very nice, laundry was easy to use, and worked great. Parking was easy. The beds were very comfortable, with multiple pillows so that you could choose the style that you want. There was a refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker. It was quiet and everyone was so very friendly. Stephanie, at the front desk, was so helpful and pleasant. Thank you!

Because of Covid - their breakfast was all processed foods, except the waffles, but it wasn't anything that we would eat. Fresh fruit would have been very welcome.

I like how close it was to the local Walmart and grocery store. At the time of visit Brookshires had the lowest gas price in town. The hotel was very well kept with a friendly staff. I'd recommend to anyone that would ask me about the hotel and pets are allowed.

At times when the hotel is quiet you could hear every step in the building from other guest. The bed mattress was not comfortable but not to the point where you could not sleep with a pillow. The hotel is fairly new, so maybe they have plans for upgrades.
