The room, location, and most of the staff were very good.

Breakfast choices. I submitted one survey and said we would like a better breakfast choice. We received a response saying....Sorry you were not pleased with the breakfast. There are restaurants close by. We like to get breakfast, from the hotel where we are staying, and take it back to our room to eat. Not go to a restaurant. If you can't afford eggs and bacon that is understandable.....maybe peanut butter in individual cups. Basically.....all you have is bread!!

Clean. Well lighted. Secure. Nice and confortable beds. Good size room. The floors were laminated = super efficient and clean.The refrigerator was good size and the separate freezer as a super positive positive plus that we can freeze the packs for the cooler.

The advertise shows Breakfast. it was only coffee and juice and that was it. But this us looks like the new norm in hotels in the road. Driving from Denver to Miami several times a year we usually call the hotel to confirm breakfast to have time to switch to a other similar hotel , we were late and tired so we missed it.

Comfortable rooms and good location. Breakfast was ok but nothing I really would brag about.

My business meeting wasn't until that afternoon and they wouldn't let me check out a little later. I offered to pay more but was rudely told I would have to pay for an extra day. I have had similar stays in other establishments and they worked with me.

Very clean n smell really good even when u walk in... Staff was very friendly and helpful... I guess it smells so good cause its a dog hotel ... They have signs posted everywhere n there is no extra charge for them..

I didn't like the fact that it's a hotels that honors dogs in hotel rooms... I was afraid that I was sleeping in a bed a dogs had also been sleeping in.. Also that fact that it doesn't have a hot breakfast...

breakfast and comfy beds have decent weekly rates for people there working long term

washer and dryers didn’t work washer didn’t rinse the clothes and the dryer barely dried clothes after running it twice. I put my jeans on the pool fence outside after the first time in the dryer, on the second time drying the only things to dry was thinner clothes, hoodies and socks I ended up hanging up in various stops in my room.

Everything was comfortable from start to finish in the Assable handicap room.

First time we've ever forgotten our bath products, so we were going to use the ones the hotel offered They were mostly empty and what small amount was in there was work to get out, just a little at a time and had to push so hard on the buttons it took real effort. But having them on the shower wall and at the sink is a great idea, if they worked properly.

The room was clean, the bed was soft (mine was a Beautyrest pillow top), the pillows were okay.

It would have been nice to have more variety for the breakfast. Maybe some cereal, bagels, English muffins and a couple different kinds of bread to put in a toaster, instead of just waffles. Keep in mind they do not have an elevator, so if you don't want to carry your luggage up upstairs, ask for a first floor room. There is not a single place to hang clothes, in the room I was in (107) - No hanging rod! not even a hook in the little closet where the iron was. Luckily my dress clothes could lay over the back of the chair without getting creased.

The manager was awesome he worked hard to get with booking.com to fix my dates when I goofed up and made my arrival date for a day later than I was supposed to. And then the ac leaked water on my girlfriend's he didn't charge us for the washer and dryer. It's small things like that that makes a major impact. He definitely went about and beyond what he had to do. Very much appreciated. Will definitely be returning in the future.

The Red Roof Inn is a budget hotel so don't expect Four Seasons luxuries. That said, the Red Roof Inn in Terrell, TX was very clean, quiet and comfortable. The staff were friendly, the breakfast was adequate and the coffee was excellent. It was exactly what we want for that night. Though we didn't have a dog, it is a pet friendly hotel.

The location was perfect for the Wedding venue we were attending. The manager Chris addressed my concern while I was there as well as Ms Kathryn, my apologies if I got her name wrong.

I’m hoping Chris follow up with what went wrong on my initial impression upon my visit. First impressions are always then last impression.
