I really liked the hotel. It was very clean and the staff was exceptionally helpful. The breakfast was average and I would like to see a better selection, but for the price of the hotel, I am not complaining.

There was a mix-up in my reservation and they accidentally booked my room to someone else. It took a bit to get it corrected, but in the end all was well.

The atmosphere was rather pleasant. GreT breakfast and staff was kind and absolutely delightful.

Upon entering our room, we saw roaches 1 on one of the beds and another climbing the walls when we first got there. So, we kept our clothes in totes as a precaution.

Thank you so much for the warm welcome every time I was coming in our leaving. I was there for 5 🌙. I got a good morning, called my name, told Good night, on my way in after evening outings. I love this place. I will sheaths stay here when visiting MY BEAUTIFUL GOLDEN GRANDDAUGHTER. BROOK LYNN, IN VICTORIA.

I love this place.

I didn't have any breakfast that morning because I was fasting for a Dr.s appointment but my wife and family enjoyed it. The price I got was really nice for the kind of room I booked. Plus my wife got there before I did and they let her check in with no issues after I notified the property.

Well maybe in the future you could consider having a shuttle service in case customers don't have an immediate source of transportation, because lets face it taxi's can be really expensive now a days.

Your front desk night clerk is required to do far more work sweeping vacuuming the entire lower level because the work crews staying there track it in and her desk job all with a smile. Oh she has to take pillows to all the rooms that cleaned that day cause they aren’t dry by the time housekeeping leaves. And keeps the cookies in Stock. Room clean. Great location.

Then you hire someone to sit at the “bar” area during your happy hour… and do nothing no one will drink in that area and the breakfast girl sits slumped at a table watching tv. There should be eggs with and without meat, the Chorizo looked terrible. First day no forks and acted like no one could have ordered them before they ran out or pick up a small box at the grocery store till the shipment arrived.

Extremely friendly staff ,room was very clean ,bed was comfortable...breakfast was simple but very good.

Nothing bad to say...it exceeded my expectations...and for me I would have liked more pillows ,there was 4 comfortable pillows but I personally like more but that's just me.

The location was great. Room was very clean and bed was very comfortable.

The one mishap was that I didn't have a bath towel in the room, but I called the front office and she was very apologetic and brought the towels up right away! That was very much appreciated.

Very comfortable bed , clean room...staff was very friendly....

Very noisy could hear alot of noise (stomping or hammering) from 2nd floor room no fault of Baymont and noise outside in hallway....No swimming pool 😁

Breakfast selection was very limited, and not tasty at all, but at least it was free.

The location was ok, just not walking friendly, had to use a car to go anywhere.
