We stayed in deluxe king room #2 upstairs which was great. Very clean with a comfortable bed and large TV which was set up with guest mode to allow guests to use their own streaming service accounts without worrying about future guests being able to access them. Loved the vintage-look mini fridge! Snacks provided were a nice touch. No air conditioning but there is a very nice standing fan that is silent. Breakfast could be improved to offer more options. Heidi was very friendly at check in. Loved having a window in the bathroom for ventilation and natural light. Duck Creek is at about 8500 ft. so it is nice and cool there when it's super hot at lower elevation!

The bathroom is a good size but the shower is extremely small. There is definitely room for a larger shower. Also would be nice to have towel rods on the wall. The light fixtures outside the rooms stay on all night and are very bright, so we couldn't leave the window and curtain partially open for a cool breeze and the room got pretty warm (although the fan was helpful). Walls are thin so we did hear our neighbors talking but luckily they were not noisy people. Be aware that the 4 restaurants in or near Duck Creek Village all close by 8pm (one by 7pm!) even on Saturday night!

Off season so very quiet and a nice clean and comfortable room on the second level (access via outside stairs with a covered roof over the walkway outside the rooms) No issues for us but maybe some possible ATV noise on the secondary road likely heard during peak season? Minor concern arriving to see signs posted for self check in -- but all good -- as Heidi was there and gave a very friendly greeting! Parking could be tight but was fine. Expected a sit down breakfast with some options but turned out to be a small breakfast basket (store bought items) and coffee machine in the room and a few small juice boxes in the Refrigerator. (Breakfast changes during peak season?) Shower worked great but a bit snug. Very limited services in the small town (and limited open hours off season) but a beautiful jump off mid point location between National Parks and great nearby recreational areas! Nice scenic view across the immediate small valley area.Nice of Heidi to help us freeze a few food ice packs for travel!

Really wonderful cabin : spacious living room, two bedrooms, large open well equipped kitchen, bathroom. The hosts provided everything you need, including grill, coal, dishwashing detergents, lot of kitchen and bath towel, dishes. The cabin was very clean and very well furnished. Parking right next to the entrance to the cabin. We received a wonderful welcome from the hosts and really enjoyed our stay. It should be noted that the property located approximately in the middle between Bryce Canyon and Zion National Park. Highly recommended.

Very nice cabin-like property. Clean and quite rustic. It is located in a beautiful mountain area 45 minutes from Zion and 45 minutes from Bryce Canyon. There are few services and restaurants in the location. The nearest cities are a bit far away. If you like a secluded mountain location you will love this property.

We stayed in the unit on the lower floor. You can hear the people above you speaking and walking about. The power boxes are on the outside of this unit and make a constant humming noise in the room.

Room was spacious Updated furnishing Mountain decor with style Clean, clean, clean! Had a nice in room fridge, microwave and coffee bar! Super cute! Real mugs plus take away cups with tops. Super comfortable and just about everything you might need.

For healthy eaters, I don’t eat sugar or dairy. It would have been great to have some sour dough bread, with a small container of peanut butter, or oatmeal packets that are just plain no flavorings. They had a lot to choose from, but most of the items were highly processed.

I loved how nice and clean everything was. The room had a lot of creature comforts. Great fridge, microwave and coffee maker! The water had good pressure and got hot quick which is a blessing for a cold weather traveler. The had a wonderful fireplace feature with heat and beautiful flames. Being close to recreation and amenities without being right in the middle of town.

The only thing I didn't like was the parking lot. They need a larger parking area with better defined parking spaces.

Loved this property. Location is beautiful, inn keepers are very sweet and met our every need. Lots of little touches you don't get in a hotel room. Loved the faux fireplace that put out great heat, hooks to hang things and lots of good lighting. The bed was super comfortable. Wish we could have stayed here for all of our 10 nights in Utah.

Wouldn't change a thing. It was perfect and my kind of out-of-the-mainstream place. Bonus ... the Aspens reached their peak color while we were there.

All newly renovated, extremely clean. Little kitchenette corner has all you need : coffee machine, little fridge, mugs, microwave. The room is spacious

We really enjoyed our stay and do not have anything to add. Only our teenage daughter frustrated about TV that didn’t have anything (like Netflix or other) but tv channels. I personally don’t use TV when travelling, so even didn’t bother. For some guests it may be important

The room was modern, stylish and comfortable. The little coffee nook was very cute and thoughtful. Duck Creek Village is an outdoor paradise, off the beaten track. Watching the hummingbirds from the porch was a treat. We ate at the grill opposite and it was one of the most enjoyable meals we had during our trip to the US.

We could hear the neighbours (although to be fair the guy was especially loud!)

The Inn is a log cabin & the logs are visible from inside the room, all the windows are trimmed with wood. The room was clean, spacious & well decorated. We were in the 4 Seasons room which had photos of nature. The little "Coffee Corner" with a small old time refrigerator freezer was nice for a cold morning. We were there right after a snow & the walkways were cleared even though the snow was halfway up the front of the building.
