The hotel was located off the main drag. Close to everything and easy to find. We were surprised by how nice the room was in space and layout. It had a desk, dresser, TV, Refrigerator, and king bed with good linens. The bathroom was separate with a dressing area plus complimentary toiletries.

Elevator was broken and we had to walk our luggage up two flights of stairs and walk across the building to get to our room. We told the desk clerk my husband was disabled and I was not up to the task. He didn't respond. I left half of our items in the car. Breakfast was so-so.

It's good base for trip to Zion and Bryce via the route 14. We had only one night stay so it worked for us. Location was right in the centre so perfect for checking out Cedar city down town. Room was spacious.

There was weird smell in the room and shower was in pretty bad shape. I could barely wash my hair. Looked dirty and shower head was not working properly. Room needs brighten up. Very dark so even at day time lights needed to be on. Carpet looks very dirty too.

The most comfortable mattress and pillows! Slept so well we missed breakfast. Towels were large and very fluffy. Quiet room and good location.

Wifi didn't connect despite repeated calls to front desk, who tried to help us. Also, pine tree outside our door and it was impossible to keep needles out of the room. Bathtub was worn and room could be updated. But the bed was worth it all!

The staff member who assisted us with checking-in was very friendly. Being a group of four we opted to share a larger room which was great value for money. We had a small issue with the sink in our room, but maintenance took care of that in no time!

AC in our room was fairly loud, something to take note of if you're a light sleeper, better than melting in the heat though!

Breakfast was pretty decent. Location is good. Great to have a pool for those hot summer days.

Pool was dirty with lots of leaves. When I asked if I could stay at the pool for 3 hours after check out, the front desk person was hesitant to say yes??? Don't understand that at all. I stayed there before and this was never an issues.

This was a great place to stay and will be back for sure. Very close to the SUU campus so we were able to walk there and downtown with ease. The room was a bit older and small, but very clean and quiet and well stocked with coffee and toiletries. Easy parking near the room and the area felt very safe.

They have a nice breakfast. Waffles, eggs, sausages, toast, ect. The coffee was good and hot the way I like it. The location of this motel could not be better. I was very happy over all and would stay here again.

The only thing was the beds are kind of high if your a short person. Also they have short, crowded toilets. They are very tight between the wall and sink. It would be nice if all motels would use full size toilets, rather than ones made foe midgets.

The front desk staff this morning (6/15/2022) were exceptional. I forgot my razor and the front desk person walked all over the hotel looking in 4 different places for a razor. I was very impressed with her attitude and dedication.

I needed to travel to Cedar City for a medical procedure. The Baymont is located in a central location so I was able to do all the things I needed to do before the appointment. Room was great, breakfast was better than expected, staff was receptive and understanding.

They need to trim the bushes on the North side of the main building.

The customer service was excellent! They were very friendly and genuinely happy to help. The family suite was large and accommodated our family of 6. The bathroom was on the small side but worked just fine with our family. The room was very clean and well maintained.

Breakfast options were not excellent and they did not have a kid friendly menu. The pool was not maintained daily and had debris in it and was not heated.
