This one of the most beautiful inn we've stayed in. It's like staying at your rich grandma's mansion, and everyone in the family wanted to stay more. The decor is obviously the main attraction in this house, with lots of trinkets everywhere and that calm, homey, last-century vibe. The breakfast is delicious too, we took it on the front porch in comfy armchairs. The garden is beautiful, there's a piano and a big library, as well as a common kitchen area with a big fridge. The owners are charming and passionate about their inn. We were in the Chinese-themed suite, which was absolutely huge, with a jacuzzi, a bathroom, and 3 distinct spaces that made it really convenient for a family.
Honestly, nothing.

The host couple were friendly and made us feel welcome. The hostess visited with us individually quite a bit. We even discovered some very fun common connections! The overall charm/decor/atmosphere were truly exceptional. Every inch of the bedrooms, common area, eating area and library were masterfully appointed. We also spent time one evening playing board games at a table on the beautiful back lawn. We brought our own games but had we not done so there were many games to choose from at the Inn. The location was literally perfect for the local farmer's market, Cedar Breaks, Kolob Canyon, the petroglyphs, etc. Breakfast included a warm entree, Musli, fresh fruit, sausage one morning, yoghurt, etc.
Could sometimes hear other guests in rooms above us. Would have benefitted from central air.

What a neat Bed & Breakfast! Stumbled onto this Gem needing a place to stay overnight in our travels from Idaho to CA. Met Scott, the owner, upon arrival and he showed us to our room. After quickly determining the bed in our room was a little too firm for my back, he generously allowed us to switch rooms, which had a softer mattress. Our room was decorated with antiques and even an old fashioned tub which led out to a nice balcony with a mountain view. Everything in the house from our room to the other common rooms are decorated with a collection of antiques and decor which is very appealing to look at and take in! We only stayed one night but enjoyed it very much! We ate breakfast the next morning which was set up by the owner's, Scott and Barbara. As we sat on the front porch enjoying the food and sunshine, Barbara checked on us and had a nice conversation with us about the Inn and surrounding area. All in all, we feel like we stumbled onto one of the nicest Bed & Breakfast Inns we have ever stayed at.

The house was beautiful and fun to wander through, almost like a museum. I was impressed with the breakfast full of homemade treats. Our hosts were helpful and friendly. We met a lot of interesting people in their lovely dining room. I loved our private balcony. The location couldn't have been better for walking to the Shakespeare festival and driving between Zion and Bryce National parks. There's so much to do in Cedar city itself, we wished we could have stayed longer.
It was too dusty which really triggered our allergies.

very convenient location that was clean and easy to access. we didn’t see the innkeepers until the next morning because we arrived at 5 but they were very friendly and helpful. the breakfast was great and the room was nice but small. it was big enough for the 2 of us but wouldn’t want more people there.
The breakfast not starting until 8 was a bummer for us. We would’ve liked to get going to Zion earlier but waited around and killed time. That’s really the only thing. It feels like you are in your Grandmas home (who is a collector) but I think that’s the vibe they were going for!

We loved our stay. The decor goes with the Shakespeare theme of the area. there was a tub in the room, so after a long day of sightseeing and watching plays, I could soak and watch TV. We had a balcony with a swing. The bed was so soft, wonderful. Breakfast was a wonderful mix of fruit, eggs and sausage. And as we were leaving, I noticed there was an apricot tree. I asked and they let me pick a bunch. We will be back.

The owners of this B&B were very nice. They gave us a lot of good suggestions for the activities we wanted to do while we were in Cedar City. The breakfast every morning was OUTSTANDING!! It definitely beat going through a fast food restaurant drive through or even to a local restaurant ordering the "same old breakfast food". It was also nice to visit with other guests staying at the Inn.
There really wasn't anything we didn't like! Except maybe the stairs- we were on the second floor & trying to lug our big ol' suitcase up those stairs (& then back down the day we checked out) was a little cumbersome. But, considering this is a 3 story house, It would be hard to install an elevator. I'm just glad we were physically able to climb those stairs- it might be hard for someone with physical limitations. If you're considering staying here & can't do stairs, you may want to call & talk to the innkeeper about it first.

After renting a bunch of overpriced airBnBs (with a hefty "cleaning fee" and "processing fee" almost doubling the listed price, then a bunch of instructions about please take off the sheets before you leave, and complicated contacts with the hosts, lists of warnings and "don'ts" as if you were a juvenile delinquent and they were doing you a favor, and no breakfasts, this place was such a great contrast - for about half the price, a Real B&B with full breakfast served to you, and you not having to clean the dishes, exceptional location near a cute little town (with a surprisingly good woodfire pizza place (Centro), and pleasant staff - for about half the total price I was paying per night for the airBnbs, Oh and the house is a real old gem likely restored from a century ago.

This is such a cool house that Scott and Barbara built. Every nook and cranny is filled with items seemingly from all over the world. We could have spent hours just treating it as a museum. Location is great, cost is reasonable and breakfast excellent. Only mystery to me is how they can keep it all relatively dust free with so many things on common walls and shelves
No complaints

It our 60+ years this was the most elegant and beautifully maintained property we've ever experience. The gorgeous antiquities, themed rooms was eye candy. The easy in/out and parking was perfect for us, the breakfast made each morning by the owner was delicious and well planned for any taste bud. We stayed two night and hated to leave, but booked another night while we were there in our room.
If this is a must question, I have to think. I guess the stair climb. We were on the second floor but used the outside stairs to our level. If you cannot or find stairs an issue, expect to take on stairs. Inside beautiful sweeping wood rails with carpeted wide wood stairs. Outside in the parking area, double hand rails and steeper steps.
