Very cozy and comfortable. The made to order crepe or egg breakfast (and a few other options) was excellent and the service was great. Location is good - we walked to dinner every night - just a few blocks off the main drag. The rooms seem to be well spaced, both on the same floor and with floors above (at least my room was!).

I know they are going for rustic, but my dresser's drawers were tough to open and close. The free standing tub with shower add-on was a bit to deal with. The street noise was worse than expected, but not too bad.

Our stay at the inn was exceptional. The owner upgraded our room to the spa room, which was a very nice surprise. The staff are extremely nice, and gave us a lot of information and history of the area. Breakfast was exceptional! There is a chef that cooks your breakfast to order and truly puts his heart into it! Absolutely delicious. The room was nicely done, very comfortable and clean. The location is perfect for driving into the beautiful surrounding mountains. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a beautiful, quiet, and clean place to stay. Lori and Ray Maloy

I loved the charm and history of it all. The second you open the front door it’s like you stepped back in time. The rooms were adorable with the absolute finest touch of antique living style while also keeping modern utilities. There are so many details in every little thing you see. Literally. From decorations, to wall paper, to the flooring, to the trim, seating area, books, tables..etc. I can go on and on. The cleaning staff do a remarkable job at keeping up with the cleanliness of it all. While it looks old and antique like, it does not smell nor feel yucky or dusty. Not even in the slightest. Great place! Can’t say enough about it.

The candy that sits in the glass jars in the bedroom, taste like the air fresheners (I’m assuming) that are sprayed to help make the rooms smell clean.

Beautiful old historic house in good location. Breakfast was excellent with many choices. Plenty of parking. Staff very friendly.

The house is on 2 busy streets with plenty of construction trucks since Heber City is growing rapidly. This created a lot of noise inside and outside the B&B, which is no fault of the owner, of course. We left the air conditioner on all night which acted as "white noise" to block most of the traffic noise.

Communication with this B&B was phenomenal! No guessing required. The rooms were separated by hospitality closets offering way more seclusion and privacy than expected. The manager is friendly and respectful, reading people well to know if they want conversation or just bare minimum contact. What a gem! Breakfast was absolutely indulgent, and will be part of the "remember when....." conversations we have when we talk about this trip.

Literally can't think of a single thing.

I was comfortable, but the lady felt a little claustrophobic. The staff was amazing. Very accommodating, considering the wife was recovering from surgery, room was on second floor. They were willing to bring plates of food to make it easy on her which I greatly appreciate. I had a special request for a supplement to my breakfast order and it was met gladly and without complaint!

Bed seemed really small for a Queen size. Room was on the small side. I was under the impression that the second and final payment for our reservation would be paid upon arrival. However it was automatically taken out a few days before our booked arrival date which put me in a financial bind as I wasn't paid again until the day before our arrival. May have been my misunderstanding however, communication would have been appreciated via email or what have you.

Breakfast was fantastic. Choose Buckwheat for the crepes if available. Hollandaise sauce = yum Charming. Cozy. Super pleasant staff. Fresh cookies were a nice touch. Easy access to the location. Definitely plan to book a return trip.

Smallish space for the bathroom in the Green room (not sure about the others) but honestly didn’t really bother us.

My wife absolutely loved the site we stayed in. It was very cozy, the bathtub was excellent, the little balcony was very relaxing, especially early in the morning to listen to the calmness of the morning and get some amazingly fresh clean air. Will definitely stay here again. The staff was awesome and very accommodating.

We Love this Place! Beautiful elegant mansion with incredible History! Everything was very clean and well maintained. Comfy bed and huge room- ( We stayed in the Senator Suite on top floor). Has large very nice jacuzzi tub. The staff is Awesome! Very kind, thoughtful and professional including the sweet and well mannered dog! Delicious breakfast on Valentine’s morning with great options made to order! We’ll definitely stay here again!!!

One minor issue- After soaking in the jacuzzi tub for a while, I turned the jets on. They work- but after a while some black ‘flakes/ filmy stuff ‘came out and was floating around.. I guess the jets maybe need to be cleaned internally..? Still loved the jacuzzi

We loved the room. It was beautifully preserved in its 1800s architecture and yet it had 21st century amenities. The was room was extremely clean. The staff was attentive and helpful.

The poor air conditioning. I understand the impossibility of adding ac and still preserving the beauty of the home. But a stronger window unit in the room on the top floor would make for a more comfortable stay during hot weather.
