clean location good breakfast good

was very frustrated before got there because was charged for room on card used to reserve the room 3 days before I was to arrive even though everything I received said pay when you stay. I had planned to use a different card and it messed up my money situation. also most of the windows in pool area were open and can not be closed. made way to cold to use the heated but still chilled pool. never ran into that before but they say they can’t close them because of ventilation

The room was nice, the facilities were nice. The pool area was great, except it was a bit chilly. Breakfast was good. Front desk staff was friendly.

At breakfast, one morning, we walked in, and there was a spill on the ground. There were other guests already sitting and eating. The staff member came in a few minutes later and told us not to spill things. I was irritated because, for one, we didn't do it, and for two, she singled only us out as she only told us, not the other guests, I assume because we had children with us?

The beds were so comfy. I slept like a baby! Staff was super super friendly and accommodating. The room was also very spacious! The hotel was about 30 minutes from Zion and close to a Walmart and gas station.

Bathroom had some leftover hair on the floor and in the shower, but I just wiped it off.

I liked the clean comfortable bed.

When I first checked in, the room I was given had not been cleaned. It appeared that someone had recently showered and had been lounging on the bed. I went to the front desk and was given a room on another floor. The desk clerk told me that that had been the 4th complaint since she had come on duty. She was very friendly and I had no issues getting me another room.

The room was spacious, clean and modern with a comfortable bed and controllable temperature. Super bathroom and plenty of towels and a great shower. I would definitely stay in a Sleep inn again if available

We are guests from England taking short breaks in various areas of the US. Breakfast was not as we like it, the facilities and available food was inadequate for the number of guests. The quality of the scrambled eggs was poor and too cold. We prefer to go out for breakfast as there is almost always several options available locally. On trips like these ie short breaks we usually want to be out early to explore the area so breakfast in the hotel is not too important to us, however back home a good breakfast is important as there are fewer options available.

the breakfast was excellent-far exceeded our expectations-the room was spacious with high ceilings-very little outside noise-very clean-the staff was outstanding and friendly-the beds were comfortable-the laundry room was nice and clean

the pool area was inside and heated but the windows were open at all times per management and it wasn't a comfortable temperature to lounge around the pool-the inside pool was a main reason I chose this hotel and my grandson swam every night. It would have been much more enjoyable if the room temperature had been warmer. '

clean room; overall facility friendly welcoming staff - registration and breakfast staff very kind and helpful

The gentleman in line a head of me was very disparaging and demanding. He was unhappy with housekeeping and refused any offer the staff suggested short of full refund. It was tiresome after a long day of travel but Sleep Inn staff remained patient and tried to be helpful - - - too bad we can't expect/demand patrons to those who are respectful and try to get along.

Everything was clean and appeared to be new or a recent construction. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was the usual Continental basics, no complaints. Coffee was great. Good water pressure. Plenty of towels. All of the facilities were clean and in working order. Excellent for the price.

No issues

Good location to visit national parks. Easy to find it, easy to park your car. Clean.

Brakfast is very poor, no ham, no cheese, no vegetables. Only plastic plates and plastic cutlery, paper cups. No recycling bins. Air condition was old and very loud. Rattled something in it.
