Cleanliness, location, bacon for breakfast, friendly staff.

Bathtub too slick for showers, slick hand rail makes things worse. Soap dispenser are cheaply made and awkward to use…, conditioner dispenser sprays in 4 different directions at once…, seems to target the eyes. Window curtains mechanism is awkward but functional once one figures out the correct pearl string to pull.

We loved the balcony, the jetted tub and the fire place. It felt like a luxury stay. Even with the unlucky circumstances the front counter staff were considerate of our concerns, and took action to to control the situation. We ended up having an amazing night.

We were unlucky enough to stay the same weekend as two separate high school teams so there were periods of very loud noises and kids running up and down the halls.

Our family spent a a week at this hotel and from the very beginning we were kindly greeted by the staff at the front and pretty much for the rest of our stay the staff here were very friendly and helpful. The hotel always smelled very clean and we saw several staff members cleaning and worked well with one another. There was always someone at the front desk and if they missed our call from our room, they called us back with an apology for not picking up on time and were very prompt in taking care of our needs. In the morning they had breakfast and all day they had coffee and tea. In the evenings, our family enjoyed warm chocolate chip cookies and lemon infused ice water. Everyday we stayed at this hotel, there were friendly staff asking how everything was so far and were very friendly to our family. Our kids enjoyed the pool and it was clean and with plenty of towels. We asked for housekeeping services when we needed them and that was fine with us. Our room was very large and enough space for our family. Overall, it was a comfortable and friendly stay. We will definitely recommend this hotel to our family and friends.

Omletes were hard around the edges and could use a little help.

Nice quiet area surrounding. Excellent customer service from the manager going table to table to greet people at breakfast to the lovely attendant at breakfast.

Evening check in with front desk could have been a better first impression. Front desk attendant was not friendly at first.

TJ Miller at the front desk was AWESOME! I had an emergency on the road in SLC, and was unable to drive another 4.5 hours to this motel. TJ was fantastic in that he was able to cancel my reservation without a fee, due to unforeseen circumstances. A million thanks for his compassion & understanding!!

Nice and new hotel with convenient location for our trip. We enjoyed the outdoor pool and hot tub even in January. Views from the room were pretty

The odd numbered rooms were on the side of the hotel closest to the highway which was sometimes loud.

I loved the shower, the bed was super comfy and the sheets were so cozy

I wish I could have more towels and the body wash was empty

It was new and very well took care of. Location was perfect for us because it is beside Zion Harley Davidson and I had to leave my bike there overnight.

Holiday Inn Express. Wonderful location. Central for shopping at the Cotton Mill Center. The Holiday Inn itself is like a health center. Exercise Room, fresh water always on tap. An outdoor swimming pool. Full breakfast every morning. I didn't want to leave! I definitely hope to come back!

the sofa bed was so BAD! we are traveling with 5 people and the room was only set up for 4 so we needed to put the sofa bed togther, get towels, get sheets/blankets/pillows..
