The breakfast options were good, the staff was responsive, the amenities were nice, and it was comfortable. The hotel has a fun, family friendly vibe.

I called on our way to let them know what time we were arriving and I was assured that everything was fine. When we arrived, exhausted from our travels, we found out that they had given away our room. They put us up in another hotel for the night but it was a hassle moving hotels again the next day. It took them until 4pm the next day to have something available for us. Also the floors were dirty. When my child spilled and I went to wipe it up, the wipe came up black with dirt and grime.

I was very pleasantly surprised with how big the room was and very happy with how clean it was. Also, I hate carpet so the wood flooring was a bonus!

I wish there had been a coffee pot in the room. And I wish there had been a dresser. Was no problem for me alone but traveling with someone else it would be nice to have some extra shelves. However these 2 things would not stop me from staying with you again.

The breakfast was great every morning. Very friendly staff! The room was clean and quiet. Loved the curtains, they closed out all the light. Pool and hot tub were very nice and clean. Enjoyed the lobby with games and tables to play them at. And a nice pool table too. The whole experience was just wonderful! Will definitely be our go to place in this area!

It didn't have a microwave in the room.

Breakfast was very good the second day. We arrived in the breakfast area about 15 minutes before closing on Saturday morning, so most things were gone, but that was not the Hotel's fault.

The only problem we encountered was the window shade; when we tried to raise it, it didn't go up smoothly. We had to report it to the desk and although they were unable to replace it, they did remove it so it wouldn't continue causing problems (room 323). The staff was extremely helpful and apologized for the inconvience.

The breakfast was much nicer than any other place we've stayed. I especially liked the staff. The people working the front desk were always amazing! I especially appreciated the help of the young lady (don't know her name, but she had a Scandinavian accent). She was so kind and just pleasant to work with. The housekeeping staff was also very pleasant.

It would have been nice to have two chairs in the room. It was a bit uncomfortable when one person was able to sit, and the other had to sit on the bed. Especially when we were watching TV.

The hotel is freshly clean and the rooms are big, modern and with the Mountain View. Reception staff is one of the most professional and helpful we ever met (traveling a lot). Pool and hot tub is a great place to relax. Breakfast is good too! And 24/7 coffee in the lobby is a big help:)

Staff was very friendly, dogs accepted with limited green spaces, comfy bed and large bathroom. Breakfast was great, good selection of hot and cold foods, fresh fruit, and new pancake machine(no more waffles) just go early it takes longer to make. You can see the mountain view from elevator side, watching the sunrise was beautiful. Location is right off freeway so easy access for your travels.

Doors slam and you could hear neighbors next to you and above so I keep my ac on to drown out the noise.

The room itself was great. I loved the comfort of the bed and the location was pretty good. The breakfast was decent enough- the only thing I would change is the coffee because we enjoy a darker roast, it tasted pretty light.

I don’t think there was really anything I didn’t like besides the coffee haha

The breakfast was good, but it got tired of eating it even if we stayed there for 3 days and 2 nights. The location was awesome though, almost everything was nearby

Everything was good, but there could be a better breakfast.

The included breakfast was the best one we have ever experienced while staying at a hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful and the facility was awesome. We will definitely stay there the next time we pass through. We are from Calgary, Alberta and were on our way to Mesa, Arizona which is a trip we take each year.

The only disappointment is there was no restaurant there to have dinner. Everything else was great.
