Hotel was very clean and the staff was helpful and friendly. The thermostat wasn't working so when we checked in the room was 84*. Called the front desk and they sent the maintaince men to come and fix it immediately.

I attempted to connect my chrome cast to the TV and was unable to connect it to their wifi. When I called the front desk to inquire they informed me that this was not allowed. Small inconvenience but nothing major.

The location is great and easy access off of the freeway. I love the handicap rooms. The staff is always awesome. The people that stay there are friendly too. We always feel safe there.

My husband and I both need handicap rooms. We love the bathtub. Unforunately there is no way to guarantee the room we reserved with a tub. This time we were in the hearing handicap room. I have a seated walker so not as much room as the other handicap rooms. Also, I am short. The shower head was not removeable and I had to get up on my tippytoes to adjust the heads. Wasn't quite as roomy as the other rooms. Next time we will change rooms as soon as one is available. The OJ seemed a little watered down.,

The one maid didn't seem to care when I told her there was a huge puddle in front of the ice machine and I had slipped in it. Maybe you might want to clean it up or put up a sign. She was more concerned about what room I was checking out of to go clean them take care of the water.

Everything. We missed breakfast so can't comment on that but everything else was excellent. The room was spacious, very clean, had a great kitchen area plus a big refrigerator. The woman on duty that night, Joan, couldn't have been nicer and more helpful. We wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.

Everything except the front desk staff

Front desk staff were not very welcoming. It seemed strange as I would come and go during my 3 day stay that the staff wouldn’t acknowledge I was there. I made eye contact with a few and they just looked at me like I was just someone they would see on the street. Weird. Never a hello. When I checked out I was never asked how my stay was. I dropped the key and that was it. I travel a lot and loved the hotel but the front staff need to be more welcoming at a quality hotel. However the housekeeping staff was great, very accommodating as expected.

Clean, modern hotel. Our room was spacious and well-appointed, with high ceilings. Like a little apartment! It was a beautiful dog-friendly property.

Only drawback was not realizing before we booked that the dog fee for even one night was $75. Usually those fees are $25-30 for one night.

Breakfast was okay, but not planned out well, staff found a convenient problem to shut down breakfast early, way early. Really like the little smoking patio with the fire pit.

Whoever cleaned the room before us didn't clean the floors well, left grounds in the coffee pot, and the garbage disposal full of eggshells.

Love the location love the staff. We really like that they have the amenities and the little kitchenette and couch makes for a nice stay.

Some items in the kitchen could be better the pans were scratched and the cutting knife was extremely dull! This room was a little bit tight with everything that they have in there. The rooms that we had in the past were a little bit bigger. They were also the king size bed rooms.

LOVED the king suite. Very large with kitchen, sink, dishwasher, full fridge, and small stove. Bathroom was large and the staff were friendly. Breakfast was good.

The location was a bit out of ways, and got lost a little at night.

The quality of the proteins and the eggs were less than average. However everything else was very good.

The room temperature in the gym was too warm for me, set at 70. It should be 66 or so.
