Great breakfast and all around friendly staff. In particular reception desk staff were clearly available every time we passed by. Answered all of our questions and concerns with kindness. Lots of places in walking distance nearby, Walmart, Whole Foods, outlet mall, fast food, and dine-in restaurants. But see my comment on the walk ability during snowy conditions- it is not the easiest.

The hotel didn't have its own shuttle service and the local bus ran maybe every 15-30 min to the mountain for skiing. Easy to get on tho, since it's an earlier stop along the route. Also while the hotel's immediate entrance was shoveled out, the paths leading to the bus and foot paths /street routes to nearby places were not shoveled well (if at all) and also had icy spots. It had just snowed heavily the days prior to our arrival so it was hard to get around on foot. Not the hotel's issue per se, just a caution to be careful out there.

The room was great, staff were so friendly, amenities were really nice and unexpected. Location was super convenient right off the interstate and next to lots of restaurants, shops, Whole Foods even. The breakfast was really good with excellent quality food like Chobani yogurt, fresh fruit, good bagels, etc. This hotel FAR exceeded my expectations (they even have Ben & Jerry's for sale at the front desk for midnight snacking).

My only complaint and it's pretty minor and specific is that the mattress was WAY too soft and I didn't get the best night's sleep as a result. I'm picky though, so YMMV.

The breakfast was amazing and featured multiple options! Beds were super comfortable and clean! And the location made it easy to get to both the stores and our other events. The price tag for our 2 nights was a little step, but beat the hell out of some of the other hotels and their prices!

Only a couple of things that I would change. The first, was that our bathroom shower knob was incorrectly placed for getting hot and cold water - definitely not a huge deal at all but thought I'd mention it. The second was the soap dispensers in the shower. I did have one pop off the wall and hit me in the head, while I was in there. Again, not a big deal, but I thought I'd mention it here.

Very clean bedroom, spacious and comfortable. Nice and comfortable bed also. I really liked the hot tub and pool, just wish the pool was a little warmer and the hot tub a little less hot 🔥🥵 lol...I couldn't stay too long in the hot tub because it was soooo hot! But overall really nice hotel, I recommend.

The only thing I wish it could improve was breakfast, it didn't have too much options, and it would also be nice if it could go until 10am, since when we are on vacation, we don't want to wake up early 🫣

Manager was wonderful, staff were lovely! Hotel was beautiful and clean. Food was great!

Sadly a diving team was there at the same time and were very obnoxious in the pool area. We booked the hotel partially because of the hot tub, because we travel cross country from NY. This group monopolized the spa, were diving in the shallow end of of the pool etc. The hotel and staff were great, this was just a bummer. Staff did what the could.

Excellent Location, Room clean - smelled clean and spacious too! Staff went out of their way to accommodate my golden retriever so I take him out to their pet area easily. Housekeeping was super nice to check in if I needed extra towels, or any services (during Covid I understand folks are understaffed but everyone was really customer focus- shocking!). Quiet location with pretty pine views and Olympic park across the street, Walmart is behind the property so you can walk over and grab supplies if needed for the road, also lots of fast food choices and dog park right up the street. Overall highly recommend for the money!

I was initially told they would waive the pet fee (booked on booking.com) and when I arrived they had no record of this confirmation, so I was charged full amount. I understand the reasons, but staying at other Best Western properties on my road trip, there was no charge so I was surprised.

Neat lobby with focus on the pool area and tiered seating for chilling in/eating breakfast. Kyler was great at check in--friendly and fast. Room was as requested on first floor and had plenty of pillows, soap, shampoo. We used the luggage cart/trolley to unload and load which was very helpful. The pool was pleasant for a dip, as was the jacuzzi and sauna. Wish billiards, air hockey, foosball were free, but ping pong was available which was nice. Breakfast was higher quality than the 2 star joints we've been at--better eggs, a breakfast meat, oatmeal, pancakes, fruit, bars and Danishes and yogurt.

Location was useful for going to outlets and to Utah Olympic Park but if you wanted to bop over to Whole Foods or anywhere on foot it was a tough crawl from parking lot to parking lot. Not sure the hotel can do anything about that, but the area in general is not foot traffic friendly.

This location was fantastic! I came to stay with my sister for a girl's weekend away. Our room was comfortable and clean! The staff was very helpful and friendly as well. They had a snack bar with a cold case if you wanted water or something else which was nice. There is an arcade, sauna, indoor pool, and hot tub. The site said the pool was heated (it definitely was not) but it was clean and still nice to swim in. The hot tub wasn't super hot but we still enjoyed a nice relaxing time there. We had the continental breakfast which included hot eggs, sausage, and potatoes. There was fruit, pancakes, bagels, toast, and lots more! Loved the variety and how fresh the food was. We were close to everything - Walmart, the freeway, the Outlets. Everything was within 15 mins or less of the hotel! Definitely would recommend a stay here!

There were a few bugs we saw in the bathroom and hallways but not a ton. We did wish the pool was warmer and the hot tub a little hotter. The hot tub was warm but not hot.

Room was great, comfortable beds and bedding, spacious, easy check in and check out, breakfast was as expected and excellent hygienic practices. Pet fee of $20 is very reasonable compared to other hotels. Great shower with responsible products.

Recycling practices are terrible. No recycling in room and downstairs where you turn in your key, the staff member suggested I throw my paper key cover in the garbage. When I asked about recycling, she told me I could go down the hall to throw it in the only recycling bin there was on the floor. Recycling should be encouraged and more easily available.

The room was great! Really enjoyed the spa in the room, the large living room , fireplace and sofa bed. Also had a microwave, mini frig and cupboards. Family friendly: Lots of arcade games in some of the hallways. A nice pool and spa on the 1st floor with a pool table, ping pong table and hockey table. Many restaurants across the street.

The breakfast was ok, but not that great. Though hot food was served by the staff, it was not "hot" more like lukewarm. It would have been nice to have a sign of what was available for breakfast since the staff was serving it and there was a line so one couldn't see all the options until you got through the line.
