I loved the bath tub, the shower, the hot tub, the fireplace and the balcony. Kitchen was awesome too!

Hated the tv; way too far from the bed and for the distance from bed, was way too small. We could not get comfortable on our bed, but I think we are just too used to our home bed. Lastly, I was not a fan of the no dining / breakfasst services in the hotel; as to location, Newpark needs more restaurant type facilities around, or closer than just fast food eateries. I heard there was a Dennys there not too long ago, and Maxwells was amazing, but would have been nice to have a few more breakfast /brunch facilities within a 5 mile radious...just an opinion. :)

We were able to upgrade our room and enjoyed the amenities, including the private hot tub and corner location. Enjoyed the view of the mountains, and the staff was extremely friendly, helpful, and welcoming. Would definitely consider rebooking in the future! The staff was kind enough to let us have a late check out. Thank you so much! 😉

There was a slight issue with the washer, but we reported, and they will take of it. However, it wasn't serious enough to stop us from doing laundry. The shelves in the kitchenette are very high. Would have liked a step stool to reach them, as we are short! Lol. Access to a broom would have been helpful as well. Regardless, we had a wonderful stay!

Literally the best hotel hands down!! The tubs are HUGE. The water doesn’t make you feel like you still have soap on you. It is so clean and cozy it is really so perfect I will stay there every time I have a park city trip. There pool is indoor outdoor and is headed with lights it is actually warm and there hot tub is actually hot. The pool water was pristine and clean did not smell strongly of chlorine. I usually get rashes from pools and this pool was not overdone with chemicals and my skin was softer getting out. The sauna was perfect and clean. They have a text line that answers any of your questions and gives you directions from your room to the pool or where ever need to go.

I did wake up with back pain I think the beds are a little stiff but not horrible.

Loved the decor/style of the room. Having the fireplace in the room was lovely. Even though it was not super warm outside, the pool was a perfect temperature Wished we had more time there to soak it all in.

Not a deal breaker, the bed is very tall! Bit of a climb for the vertically challenged to get into but my husband thought it was pretty funny watching me try! We were very grateful that the Standard room we got had exterior view windows. I would have felt claustrophobic in a room that did not. We did request this but of course there is no guarantee that the hotel will be able accommodate this type of request. If we go back and have a longer stay, we would upgrade to the suite. Just passing through this time.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this resort! The spacious and private room provided us with a comfortable retreat. Indulging in the hot tub was an absolute delight. The resort maintained impeccable cleanliness and offered a comprehensive range of amenities. We were particularly impressed with the convenient dining options within walking distance. The surrounding walking and biking trails added to the allure of the property, while the proximity to Park City granted us access to a multitude of engaging activities to explore.

Loved the room! It was perfect for a true day of rest and relaxation. Our room was extremely spacious it had everything one could want or need. We are on a 2 week road trip and this place was by far our favorite. I was able to catch up on laundry in our room, make a home cooked hot meal for the family in the spacious kitchen and at the end of the day I sat in our private hot tub on the balcony watching the sunset over the mountains. It was just what we needed.

There are trails right outside the hotel for walking or biking. There are a lot of restaurants and shops within walking distance, but it's a large mall style development without a lot of character.

The basic rooms are interior rooms without windows. The bathroom is nice but are tubs with showers. If you have any sort of accessibility issue with a tub, you need to upgrade to a suite for a walk-in shower. The suites are much larger with balconies, hot tubs, and kitchenettes and worth the upgrade.

LOVED the hot tub on the balcony. It was AMAZING. The bed was also amazing. I liked the layout of the place. Very efficient. Loved that I had a beautiful view and had a great coffee shop just below our unit.

Ok, so the BIGGEST downer and weird thing to me was this "window" that was in the bathroom and looked out into the living room. Who needs a window in the bathroom? You couldn't see a view from it. The BIGGEST downer of that window was the light that shined into the bedroom/living room in the middle of the night if you had to use the bathroom. It woke me up when my friend had to go in the night. You should have a curtain over it. JUST AWKWARD!!! That's really my ONLY complaint. Fix that window!!

The location was about 10 minutes from the ski resort and in an area with shops and restaurants. Our standard room was a bit claustrophobic so the front desk attendant was very help in updating our room for $50 to a beautiful mountain decor room with a hot tub on the deck and view of the mountains. The room had a full size refrigerator, sink , dishes and small oven. The bathroom had a huge glass door shower and double vanity. The bed was very comfortable and clean. We also had great pizza at the restaurant adjacent to the hotel!

The hotel was labeled a resort but really lacked the real estate to make it feel like one. The pool/ hot tub was indoor which we did not use but had the chlorine smell. The carpeting on the floors in the hallway needed to be cleaned from what I would assume was high traffic. It was not busy when we were there and we were very happy about that!

loved the location. so many things right I’m walking distance. huge bath tub. fire place.

the room was hooked to the suites so only a door separated it on one part. it looked like they tried to make it as sound proof as possible but you could hear EVERYTHING in the next room. we didn’t have anyone next to ours but the cleaners came the next morning and woke us up because we could hear them so clearly. that was the only bad point.
