The hotel service was excellent. The room was also very nice, especially for the price. And, they offered a real free breakfast with hot items like pancakes and waffles as well as a wide variety of other foods

Honestly, nothing. Every employee was helpful, kind and polite. The beds were comfy, the shower water stayed hot and they checked with us daily to see if we need maid services. There was plenty of parking, the decor was update and it had all the amenities you’d expect and others you don’t.

My stay here with my 3 dogs was pleasant. I made reservations in the parking lot and the clerk had a room that allowed pets. She was very helpful and nice. There is an ice cream parlor inside the hotel and it was perfect for the hot summer day. The breakfast was available up until 10:00am and that allowed me to go later around 8 am.

They didn't have a special area for my pets to relieve themselves. They went in the parking lot and there was some brush alongside the parking and they were able to use that.

it was very pretty! the owner has redone it and it’s so nice! the staff were amazing. sweet & friendly and ON IT when we had a small issue. wanted to stay another night just from how wonderful the people are!! and def go to Scoops, the AMAZING ice cream shop on site! Delish! at first we were disappointed we didn’t get a room at the place we stayed on our way west but after checking in, we were happy to have gone here. thank you guys for being so kind and welcoming!

The mattresses were nice and firm, as were the pillows. The towels were nice and fluffy, which was a nice change from the usual type of hotel towels. The reception staff were friendly and helpful, and answered a lot of our questions about where to eat in the evening, etc. We knew the hotel was undergoing some renovation, but it never impacted us at all during our stay, and the updated rooms and public areas are so nice and fresh looking. We will be back if we are in the area again.

A few more different items at breakfast would be good. Nothing to really dislike at all, but the bathrooms are a bit on the small side, but they are very clean and adequate for your needs.

The staff are all extremely friendly! Loved this location (very close to downtown and also the hospital). The room was nice and I had everything that I needed. They are currently doing renovations and even that considered they were extremely respectful of sound/location of guests and also in general were extremely organized. Would definitely recommend and will stay here again!

Staff was very good. I had forgotten my bag outside the room and they told me immediately. One of the staff even made some cookies! Richfield is not so big so from the hotel you can get anywhere in 5-10 min by car, and the pool is good. Bed was also very comfortable, and room spacious.

they just remodeled it. it has new owners and they were there making sure everyone was taken care of. they were so nice and down to earth. they made us feel like we were guests in their own home. great place and people. this is the only place we will be staying in the future.

I do wish there was a little more lighting around the mirror.

Continental breakfast was perfect for us. Room was clean, comfortable and relaxing. TV programming needed some work. But the staff was great. It was a very nice stay and the lady who checked us in gave us a very good recommendation of where to have dinner.

Employees were professional , outstanding kind and attentive to your personal needs . The hotel management exceeded my expectations Kathy Gleave went above and beyond her job title to make you feel at home. I cannot express that enough. Making your stay completely stress free with a comforting feeling from the momment I walked in the door and saw her smile Kathy's caring professional attention to your personal needs and the thoughtful presence about her. NEVER once was absent our entire stay . My family and I couldn't of hoped for a more perfect home away from home experience with our stay at the Sylo Hotel . We will always remember the employees and we appreciate them so much for making our stay a perfect 10 !

Every thing was perfect !

In spite of being under renovation, the staff tried to make our stay as pleasant as possible.

Breakfast was downstairs and there is no elevator. We were in a ground floor room, due to disability. However, we were told that their plan is to have the new breakfast room located on the main level in the area where the old restaurant was located.
