Quality Inn & Suites Fillmore I-15

This location is in a picturesque small town and not a fancy hotel. It was clean, the room was comfortable, the shower had plenty of hot water and water pressure. The pool and outdoor areas were very nice. The staff was very helpful, courteous and professional when it was necessary to add on additional nights. Location is convenient to "downtown" and a great Mexican food truck.

Everything was great. Worth noting these things, which were not a bother for me at all: convenient location to the highway so traffic can be heard, there is no elevator, breakfast was grab and go only, did include fresh fruit towels were a little on the small size

Great location right off the highway. The bed was very comfortable, and the staff was super friendly and helpful. The TV was having some connection issues in the room I was in, so the young man at the front desk switched me to another room and gave me a discount for my troubles. He said it is Comfort Inn policy to reduce rate if there is a room issue. I thought that was incredibly great customer service, it was not necessary though, but very much appreciated!

The walls are a little thin, I could hear the TV in the room next to me. However it could’ve been at a high volume which made it more audible. I always travel with nighttime air plugs so that solved the problem.

Staff was very friendly. Room was comfortable, entire hotel was above what I expected and the pool was even.open.

Requested 1st floor due to pets and my Dad doesn't do stairs well. Arrived and were told 1st floor was full, hotel was sold out, and no elevator. Staff did say corporate was supposed to put in an elevator 2 years ago but didn't help us.

It is very much located right next to the highway, so if this is only a rest stop for you, and you are leaving right away, this is a good pick. The equipments are fine and the front desk was always friendly.

It might only be the room I got, but there were a light outside my window and it was a little blinding throughout the night.

Breakfast was great.

The directions to the property. Fillmore exit at I15 coming from north to south makes you think you missed the place. Nice helpful gas station personnel helped me find it. Interesting loop road.

It was a really pleasant place to stay. We will stay there again on next year's trip. The breakfast was great considering the hotel was complying with COVID regulations. It was actually quite nice.

Surprised at good room size and the jacuzzi tub

The grab n go breakfast was a joke. Just don't bother to say breakfast is included. It was a bottle of water, an orange, a gross muffin, granola bar, & weird canned juice

Only one receptionist on shift. Location next to loud freeway. Only one small shampoo for 2 people, not enough. Carpet looked old. No elevator.

Comfortable beds and comforters. Office & chair, microwave, tv, small fridge, coffee, tea, conveniently in the room. Good water pressure and quiet heater. Pool , hot tub, breakfast. Reception lady was really friendly and helpful although she was extremely busy.

Clean, comfortable, and a good value.

Was pleased with the hotel. Had difficukty getting there as the off ramp was blocked by law enforcement and a semi truck that broke down or had an incident. No fault of the hotel.
